Answer:	With the wattage and amperage it says it can supply it should easily be able to handle 2 lamps. Just run a strip off the plug and only have them 2 lamps controlled by the thermostat. AGAIN, as long as it will handle what they say it can handle. A 100watt bulb should only pull just under 1 amp.

1. How Pymeter control temperature?

Temperature controller is actual Heating/Cooling controller, thus MUST SET ON-Temp to turn ON Heating/Cooling, and MUST SET OFF-Temp to turn OFF Heating/Cooling.

Heating starts at LOW Temp [ON-Temp(1oN, 2oN)], stops at HIGH Temp [OFF-Temp(1oF, 2oF)], thus for heating MUST SET 1oN(2oN) LESS than 1oF(2oF);

In heating mode, 1oN(2oN) is the minimum temp you allow, 1oF(2oF) is the maximum temp you allow.

Cooling starts at HIGH Temp [ON-Temp(1oN, 2oN)], stops at LOW Temp [OFF-Temp(1oF, 2oF)], thus for cooling MUST SET 1oN(2oN) GREATER than 1oF(2oF).

In cooling mode, 1oN(2oN) is the maximum temp you allow, 1oF(2oF) is the minimum temp you allow.

2. Reading temp is inaccurate?

Every Pymeter controller is calibrated before come out of factory, it is reading temp accurately!

Please don't compare it to common inaccurate thermostat、thermometer or temp gun. If you doubt Pymeter controller accuracy, please calibrate with ice-water mixture (it is 32F when ice is melting), and you will see which device is accurate then.

3. Beeper keeps sounding?

Probably it is the Alarm settings ( AL、AH、d7 ) you set are NOT the right temperature you want. AL is low temperature alarm(it sounds when current temp is AL or Lower), AH is high temperature alarm(it sounds when current temp is AH or Higher), d7 is difference alarm(it sounds when the temp deviation between sensor 1 and sensor 2 is over d7). If you don't need alarm function, please don't change the values of AL、AH、d7, the default values usually won't trigger alarm. You can factory reset by switching temp unit from F to C in setting.

However, being that the thermostat is rated for 1000 watts, you can connect a power strip and connect multiple heating mats provided you do not exceed the units power rating. Answer:	I'm sure you can. I use mine for snake heat mats. Just make sure you put the probe in a place where the dog cant move it. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the enclosure and placed the probe inside, with the heat mat under the cage. The probe reads the surface temperature of the cage floor and not of the heat element. I have 3 of these thermostats and they all work really well for animal heating. They are often a few (+-4) degrees off though.

Answer:	Press and hold down the SET button for at least 3 to 6 seconds. The display will start to blink. Press the up and down buttons to increase or decrease the desired temperature. When you are through selecting the temperature, press and hold down the SET button for at least 2 seconds. I say 3 to 6 seconds because I count manually and I'm sure I am off a second or two. Answer:	I currently have 2 heat mats plugged into a strip that in turn plugs into the Digital Thermostat. Been using this setup for 2 years, with no issues. I love it and believe that it would easily support 3 mats. Keep in mind that my mats and tray are all identical, since there is only 1 prob for the monitor.

Answer:	Definitely try and put the probe on the bottom of the enclosure, Make sure it's buried in his substrate so he doesn't get accidentally wrapped up in the wire. Also, make sure the wire is taped to the side of his enclosure as tight as possible for the same reason. I use under the tank heaters for my pythons, so trun the probe down the outside of.his enclosure and put.the probe between the bottom of his tank and the heater so there's no chance that he could get wrapped up in the wire .

Answer:	The sensor looks as though it is waterproof but I can't be certain.

Answer:	No, not independently. There is only one relay inside controlled by only one micro-controller. The internal relay is 10A (standard) or 16A (optional). You can put two heat sources on the relay output if you ensure you don't exceed the current limitation of the relay that you have.

Answer:	You may have the plug in the wrong way or maybe the plug arms are to close together

Answer:	Is the 95-F reading from the controller itself or a separate thermometer? Try lowering the desired set temp to 83-84F (this should yield a continuous set temp of 89F). Some controllers require calibration and it sounds like your unit needs a five degree shift to hit a stable 89-F.
Question:	Does this one make bulbs turn on and off during the day or does it actually control bulb wattage/temp (proportional thermostat
Answer:	This is an on/off thermostat, not a proportional thermostat. It will turn your bulb(s) on/off throughout the day, but it will not adjust the amount of electricity going to the bulb to control the wattage/temperature.

Answer:	Same problem here. I've tried the "reset" options (unplugging and plugging) but same thing. I am returning this and getting the Zilla brand. I already have one, set up right next to this one and they are measuring the temp in the same cage... no blinking red light there.

How to use the HYDGOOHO Heat mat thermostat



To adjust the temp setting, press and hold SET button for 3 seconds to enter the temp selection mode; press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the temp. Press SET button again to select the displayed temp as the target.

Press SET button to display the preset temp; current measured temp will be shown when no button is actived.

To change unit display press and hold UP button for 3 seconds to display in Fahrenheit. Press and hold DOWN button for 3 seconds to display temp in celsius. The appropriate indicator LED will be lighted.

When the unit is plugged into an electrical outlet, the POWER LED becomes lit, the heat on only when the HEATING LED is lighted.

When the preset temp is reached the HEATING LED will turn off and there is no power to the heat mat.

Answer:	I bought the same pad and plugs it in set it to 80 degrees and it wouldn't heat up past 70 I even left it overnight but it didn't work
