Hi, I do like the lights, I use them for my box turtle but I just use one of them and they will cook your reptile if you are not careful. I have to keep mine about 2.5 feet above the cage in order for them to not raise the temperature above 87 degrees on a warm day. Now, if it is a cold day or just a little cold in the house, it's a different story. You have to adjust how close it is to your reptiles to determine exactly what temp. you want to accomplish.
