Answer:	Most LV bags are made of coated canvas and have leather components such as backing, straps etc. The paste will be fine for the straps but won’t do anything to the body of your Vachetta bag. Note that the coated canvas is much more durable than leather which is one reason LV uses it.

Answer:	Honestly, they'll never be as light as they were, the same happens to me with any mink oil or leather conditioner I've used, not just this brand. It will lighten up a little after a while, that is when I would recommend re-applying though. It is definitely worth using to keep them from drying out and cracking, especially around your ankles if it was for boots.

Answer:	Since this mink oil product normal state is quite firm at room temperature, I like to soften it up before use. I heat about 1 inch of water in a pan (about 100 degrees F) and then place the mink oil container in the water for around 5 minutes. Then I can use a soft rag to wipe the oil onto the leather to be treated. I finish that off by using another clean rag to rub and buff the leather.

Answer:	Mink oil is an excellent choice for leather, however it may tend to darken it slightly. It would be good to test some out on an inconspicuous spot if you can before you order.

Answer:	Will not dry out will hydrate with oils, protect with silicon. It will darken the tanning but, if they are work boots or a pair you plan on having for a long time. Best product for work tough, leather and even been used on my car dash and steering wheel. Heals repairs and protects. Using for the first time take a small cotton cloth apply heavy, and re apply as need with two hour dry time in between. Hope this helps, att. Question:	i just received this. there is a red tag stating "invalid serial number not for sale" is this a counterfeit product
Answer:	My last bottle came with this too. I contacted Bickmore directly and they stated it was a label from Amazon inventory control and did not affect the product at all. I have been using that bottle and had no issues whatsoever.
Question:	Will this clean off hand cream spilled on lambskin leather
Answer:	Two polar opposite approaches: Either use rubbing alcohol or something to leech out the hand cream from inside the leather (but remember to recondition the leather afterwards). Or Repeat-spill the same hand cream across the rest of that Lam skin leather to achieve the same stain color over the entire item. Once it all looks the same color, the “stain” doesn’t stand out. If you try this method, it should be the same substance you spilled in the first place. Switching cream/oil between original stain and subsequence repair attempt... different creams/oils absorb differently and will result in different looks.
Question:	What this product work on PU/Synthetic Leather
Answer:	No, PU is plastic, not leather - essentially animal skin. Think of it as your skin moisturiser, would that make a plastic zip lock bag any softer? - no, it would not....
Question:	Has anyone used this on a new leather couch
Answer:	Yes, I have used it on a burgundy leather couch, loveseat, and chair. I would not have used it on any of those unless I did a small test area on the back of the couch first. I used this same products cleaning spray first and then the conditioner. There was a small amount of the dye that did come off of the couch. It did not damage the couch but some of the dye did rub off. Again, it was a burgundy colored leather.

Question:	Does this remove dried grease stains on white leather sofa
Answer:	I think it would remove the grease stain because I had a greasy stain on the headrest of my car with leather upholstery and this was the only leather product that removed it. I tried several others before this. First you use the spray on a rag to rub the stain out, then you condition with the liquid. I did have to rub somewhat hard but I was careful not to damage the leather in the process.

Answer:	Black or very dark brown dress shoes that you choose to wear in the rain. Otherwise find a good leather conditioner that is known to not darken leather. There are more than one on the market that are not supposed to. I have some very light leather and Bick 4 has not darkened them. Let's also has a product that is not supposed to darken too.
