Answer:	For A Saltwater setup...(i.e.) a 30 gallon BioCube it would be enough light output for corals, which require a high power light source. However if your 27 gallon aquarium you are referring to, is freshwater, than it's plenty of light and for a price you will not find any cheaper elsewhere. Hope this helps answer your question.

Answer:	I have mine for around 6 months on open water. I have co2 and air stone (at night) which splashes water on the led. There is plexi glass covering the led, so water splashes may fog up the plexi glass. Other than that so far so good.

Answer:	For low-light plants, yes. Currently growing well in my tank are: anubias nana, anubias congensis, and staurogyne repens. The setup is a 10g nana tank with this as the main lighting source. I did buy the timer to go along with this unit. Currently setup has a 100% light on for 8 hours a day, and 70% light 4 hours a day (2 hours before the long period and 2 hours afterwards); then I have it reduced to 5% light for the periods of early morning and evening so I can enjoy the tank but minimize light. I am supplementing with liquid CO2 and fertilzer. Is it the best out there? No. Will it grow plants? It seems to be doing well in this tank. The only thing I wish this light did have would be some red. Then I would give it a 5 star rating for its price category.

Also, do not be tempted to add more then one fish at this point. 5- pour in the entire bottle and add your fish. 6- Have ammonia/nitrite/nitrate testing strips ready to test your water daily for the next few days. Be ready in an emergency to change 30%-50% of the water if the ammonia spikes and you want to save your fish 6- Once you see nitrate on your test strip, your tank is cycled. 7- test regularly. Answer:	A couple of previous answers related to this question mentioned the possibility of excessive heat generated when it isn't in water. Since my interest is also in sanitizing items that are not in water, I was very curious about this potential heat issue. I placed my unit (using the enclosed suction cup clips) on the bottom of a breadbox with a shiney interior, which I'm planning to convert into a disinfection box. I then placed a couple of food temperature probes at the bottom of the breadbox and under the lamp's glass tube, which then resulted in the probes being about 5/8 of an inch below the glass tube (since the clips and suction cups raised the glass tube above the bottom surface). After closing the breadbox lid and turning on the lamp for about 1 hour 45 minutes, the temperature probes didn't get over 85 degrees F. After turning off the lamp, I could almost touch the tube without it burning, but I wouldn't want to try that again. In summary, the seller's response to this question seems to be good for correcting previous answers about excessive heat. So I purchased another lamp to get closer to completing my disinfectant box project, for a lamp on top and another lamp on the bottom. But I still need to find an inexpensive source for a quartz glass sheet to place above the lamp on the bottom, since quartz glass will maximize transmission of UV wavelengths (an issue with regular glass)

Answer:	I don't remember and I don't have the package info anymore. Although I can tell you that I use it in my 29 gallon tank and it's a very sufficient amount of white light. Probably enough lumen to supply up to a 40 gallon tank. The blue night mode is very dim and tranquil.

Answer:	If you already have a Marineland hood with an opening for one of their lights, then this will probably fit. If you have just a plain glass top this will still work, but this light is designed specifically to fit Marineland aquarium hoods.

Answer:	If you have a 10-gallon Marineland kit that came with a hood then it will fit. This is the same light that comes with the 29G kit and it is the same size (but more LEDs) then what come with the 10G. Default Mode

The Default Setting:

1. Full spectrum white light in the day and blue in the night.
2. Full spectrum period: 06:30-18:30, blue light period: 18:00-23:30.
3. The brightness of the light changes in accordance with the curve designed.

Can Set：

1. Night colors can be changed, there are 6 kinds in total: dark blue, green, purple, cyan, yellow, red.
2. You can change the full spectrum white light period start and end time; night start and night time.

NOTE: No matter when the set time starts, the brightness of the light will gradually become brighter.

DIY Mode (suitable for plants tanks)

• 8 Time Stages: L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7, L8;
• 10 Brightness: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%;
• 8 Stage Setting Time: Any Time;

In each time stage can only set a brightness, and the start and end time of this time stage are set by yourself.

PS: No matter what time you set the end of the night, the lights will not turn off immediately, the fish tank light will turn off completely after 15 minutes. The brightness of the light for these 15 minutes is slowly dimmed until there is no. The purpose is not too scared your fish, not to suddenly turn off the light and not to suddenly turn on high brightness, which will give the fish a buffer stage.

Gradient Mode (Cycle Mode)

Brightness Change

Warm tips

1. The settings are wrong or the settings are confusing, you can restore the factory settings and start over. In the non-DIY mode, long press the up and down keys at the same time for a few seconds, until "SOP" appears, then unplug the power and plug again, it can restore the factory settings.
2. Regardless of the Normal Mode or DIY Mode, if you change a certain small setting, such as changing the color of the middle light. After setting, just reset the local time (add 1 minute and then subtract 1 minute), the latest setting will run immediately.

High efficient heat dissipation

Answer:	You may be thinking the 15 value is amps, it is watts. The current the light uses at 15 watts at 120 volts equates to 0.125 amps. 15W / 120V = 0.125 Amps

Answer:	I use one but my plants are swords. They are pretty tough and can live in almost any condition. My light fixture is on a medium setting (White and Blue Lights) and it puts out a lot of light.

Answer:	You can use any timer. The included controller remembers how you had the light set (blue and white levels) when the power was turned off. If you want to simulate daylight (sunrise, sun overhead, sunset, and moonlight), then you will want to use their 2 channel controller.

Answer:	Sorry to take so long to answer, but I had not opened this order yet. I just did, and the expiration date stamped on the bottom is June, 2021. I had already opened a new container of PERO that I bought from a local SPROUTS market. Had to get down on the floor and look w-a-a-a-y back on the bottom shelf to find it. That purchase had an expiration date of March 2021. Both have the newer packaging, unlike the examples pictured on Amazon. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Glyphosate is used in the US for barley, which is what Pero is made from. This product comes from Portugal where glyphosate is used. For barley or specifically for this product, I don't know.

Answer:	It doesn't say on the package. But it's made from barley. I don't know if there is any GMO barley. And it's made in Portugal. GMO crops are, as far as I know, uncommon in the EU. There is a move to ban them there. Not a definitive answer, but I hope it helps.

Answer:	Definitely not the correct tool for that purpose. This is a screen with a short handle for removing oils or fats from the surface of liquids. For example: my future husband is Japanese; I use this tool to make clear broths called dashi, or to remove oil that floats to the surface of tonjiru ( a pork belly stew) before the boiling point is reached. It's simply not durable enough to use in the way to are inquiring about. For roasted veg, I recommend you get a one to two dollar turner or spatula. They are thinner than those better quality ones , and in my opinion do a great job with smaller oven roasted foods than the more expensive turners or spatulas. Trust me on this.

Answer:	About a centimeter(1 inch is 2.5 cm) at the deepest part when looking at profile. I love mine but I will add that the handle is a little short. I got another one on amazon by ECALOO at the same time and while the strainer part is exactly the same, the handle is longer by 1.5 inches and feels a little sturdier/heavier. I kept both. Answer:	I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's all stainless steel, so I don't see how the dishwasher could hurt it. I have only used it a couple of times and have not put it through the dishwasher yet.

24 HOUR AUTO CYCLE

In default auto cycle, you can use daylight and moonlight option to create your own custom 24 hours light cycle, altering auto on /off time, adjusting light color and intensity for moonlight option.

Preset lighting auto turns on at 6:30 AM and auto turn off at 11:30 PM. The light can be set to turn on and off at the designated time which allows your fish get some rest at night.

DIY CYCLE

In ‘DIY mode’, you can use eight time slots to create your own custom 24-hour light cycle, adjusting ‘on/off’ and light intensity for each slot. DIY mode is full spectrum only. You cannot choose colors, you can only alter the brightness at certain time periods.
