Question:	Can you attach a hose on the other end of the siphon ball? If Yes, what size of hose do i need
Answer:	It will work on any body of water. Simple but effective. 45gal might take a while though.

Answer:	A replacement? If you just buy it I would recommend to just refund it and get a new one.ones the valve stopped working is not the same,just get new one

Answer:	You can not hook it up to a faucet, but you could from a bucket. But the bucket has to be higher then the tank. It still works on gravity

Answer:	No, you don't. If you don't, it will drain and filter a bit. To get a stronger suction for filtering, you have to keep squeezing the bulb.

ONTE #1 You may see there are water drops on the product body when you unbox it, this is becauae every unit is tested in water to confirm they are in good working condition before delivery. No need to worry about this.

NOTE#2 You may see the review which says the filter will clog, please not to worry, only when the water is very dirty will the filter clog. This is not a matter because it is deisgned to strap all the dirt to keep the water clean, and the filter is very easy to uninstall for cleaning.

Answer:	I have had mine for a while, so I am not sure what the package says. I use it for my 45 gallon tank and it works wonderfully!
Question:	Where can I buy replacement parts
Answer:	It’s all in the control. It’s meant to suck up some gravel and thus taking up buried “dirt” (leftover food, dead plants etc.) that’s in the gravel. If you poke it into the gravel then pull back and let it work for a sec than all good. Same with sand though it is more difficult to control, but is possible. I had a 150gal with 3” of sand with stingrays on top. I was able to clean the sand no problem.
Question:	Where can we buy extra filter bags
Answer:	I use the mini for the 5 gallon and it is a good size for that tank. It might be a little small for a 10 gallon.I just searched through the customer reviews and many that have a 10 gallon say it will work for the 10. You can search customer reviews for "10", or look at the other questions that answer about the 10 gallon.
