Answer:	Yes, however, like hard cheese for human consumption the mold can be removed with out issue. In this case since the cheese is very hard I scrubbed with stiff brush until no trace of the mold. The harder the piece the less the trace. None of my dogs became I'll from this method.

Answer:	My dog is a little pocket pit and she can chew through one of these in about 30 minutes. You have to be a bit careful when they get to the end because they can choke on it when it gets too small. But when it gets to that point, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it will swell up and stretch out. The consistency changes from hard, to kind of like the consistency of popcorn. I wouldn't let it get to the point of popping in the microwave, but it makes it so they don't choke in the last bit.

Answer:	It will most definitely happen if your dog is a power chewer. I have 3 bullies and all have chewed the ends up and they just break off into small, albeit very hard pieces. I'm sure they have eaten some along the way but I try to pick them all up when I see them. They also get stuck in blankets a lot (the hard pieces that fall off). I'm always picking them out of blankets. My dogs have quite a few of these kind of bones and they all have chewed off ends.

Answer:	Howdy, thanks for your question about Sancho & Lola's Closet dog products. None of our edible products are Chinese sourced, they are made in the USA. Our black angus bully sticks and tendons are truly special as they were custom made for us in Nebraska in a human-grade USDA commercial kitchen. The tendons still have good availability but the bullys, unfortunately, we cannot get another batch of these, so you should try these while we still have them. We are sold out of most sizes, but we do have a few cases left of 6-inch thick and 12-inch thick. They are odor-free. Second in line of uniqueness, is our odor-free charcuterie style bullys. These are sourced from all over the US. They are made by a professional chef trained in the 'charcuterie method' of preparing meat, so they look a bit different on the ends than most bullys because they have been dehydrated, not baked. They too are made in a human-grade USDA commercial kitchen. Human-grade preparation is why both the aforementioned bullys are odor-free. There is a lot of misinformation floating around online about odor-free sticks. Some manufacturers may use harsh chemicals to make a bully odor-free, but, unless they are idiots, bleach is not one of them. (Bleach would ruin the delicate tissue of a pizzle, not clean it.) Our odor-free manufacturers just use lots of cold water. The caveat with odor-free is that some dogs prefer their bullys with some odor. If your dog needs some odor to be interested, our Traditional bullys (which are not odor free) would be a better fit. Answer:	Every bag has a expiration date on the back label. If you seal the bag between uses, they should stay fresh until that date. One chew can be enjoyed for weeks at a time.
Question:	How are these removed from the elk
Answer:	They do smell quite horrible. But that's why my dog likes them so much. I have seen unscented ones for sale but my dog prefers the stinky ones.
