Question:	does the waterproof layer make it crinkly/noisy like a crib mattress? if so can it be easily removed without affecting the bed
Answer:	It doesn't make a crinkly noise. Nothing can be removed it's high quality waterproof fabric However, I will tell you that our boxer is taking a longer time to adjust to it. The reason for this is that we changed from a bed with a cushion bank around it to a flat bed. We didn't realize at the time how that made a difference. At any rate, whenever he wasn't using it, our daughter's boyfriend napped on it.  Our boxer is slowly warming up to it now. It's a lovely bed. Happy with the purchase. We use a throw pillow with it for that "banking" effect for his head. One more thing, our boxer recently had a slight wetting accident and neither the stain nor the scent passed through to the cushion. The cover is easily removed for washing. Love it!

Answer:	My American Bulldog ripped the outer cover, waterproof cover and foam parts after a couple months. This isn’t the first time she’s torn a bed to pieces but this is the longest one has lasted. Was hoping they sold just the cover!

Answer:	The mattress has a waterproof cover all around it that is not removable. The washable removable cover is not waterproof. I have an older dog that has frequent "accidents". I have been removing the outer cover to wash and then wiping the non-removable waterproof cover with Clorox wipes. So far it seems to be holding up!

Answer:	It poses no problem with the dewclaw but mine did not fit the Velcro part of the shoe. It was too large for her leg area and she’s a daschund.

Answer:	We find that letting them dry in front of the fireplace works just fine to dry them. When they get too dirty, rinsing at the sink and then hanging to dry at the fireplace is all that is needed. As hard as our girls are with them, I would hesitate to use the dryer, in case there is hidden glue being used somewhere. These are definitely the best booties we have found around!

Answer:	Hello and thank you for your inquiry! I would say it depends on your pups preference, if they like to sleep curled up , a large would be a great fit as the dimensions are 36in x 27in x 3in with a sleep surface of 27in x 22in. However if they like to sleep sprawled out then I would suggest a jumbo size as the dimensions for it are 44in x 35in x 4in with a sleep space of 32in x 29in.
Question:	How do you clean the core
Answer:	We have rescue Pits and they are renowned shedders all year round, so washing the dog beds thoroughly and using the laundry sanitizer routinely is a must for us. As far as the foam core, and while the cover is being laundered, we liberally spray it with aerosol disinfectant (I know finding a can of Lysol right now is not easy, but other effective options will suffice) and allowing it to dry in the sun, as that in itself will kill bacteria.

Answer:	I am not sure but I can tell you that it is a good quality bed. I have been looking at pet stores and such for over 2 years and have found nothing in comparison to the price or quality or size of this one.

It has 2 independent covers, the inner cover is a thick plastic like material and the outer is soft but tightly woven. (The foam also holds their weight without compressing flat!). I cover their beds with a full size elastic bed sheet so that when they dig it bunches up the sheet without it letting go of the bed, which satisfies her need to nest and stops her from digging at it none stop. Answer:	Seems it. My puppy is a 40lb golden mix who loves the snow but when tempatures dipped below freezing she wouldn't go out without her jacket. She went walking with it on without issue, seemed to keep her warm.

Answer:	I would go based on chest width. The coat runs a little small so ensuring a good chest fit would be the starting place. The way it is designed a bit of extra length won't interfere with your pup's bathroom activities. Also please be aware that in the description of the item you can read all the sizes at once. I used the description rather than the picture to get the best fit.
Question:	Is this coat easy to put on
Answer:	Once you get used to it it is not too difficult but it is not easy like my dog's hoodies and sweaters. The neck has a Velcro closing, one arm hole is permanent while the other must be made by a longer Velcro closing along the side. My min pin loves to wear clothes and helps me dress him. I almost sent the coat back because of this challenge putting it on. After the first time it became easier and is a great product. It keeps him warm, is water resistant (not waterproof), reversible and is a perfect fit. My dog loves this coat. He gets lots of compliments when he wears it. Actually the awkward design is really very clever because it allows a perfect fit and can be adjusted for your dog's comfort. The neck closing is so important especially in rain and snow and by being adjustable you can keep your dog warm and dry. The side Velcro is also smart because it adjusts to your dog's girth and helps with the placement of the length. I love this coat and recommend it. Answer:	The dimensions state it is 50" x 60". A normal king size bed is 76"x80". Yes it will fit but there will also be bed without blanket on it.

Answer:	I put this on a leather chair for our dog. She's a 55 pound hound. it di slip and slide a bit with her until we tucked it down between the cushion and the arms and back and that seemed to hold it in place just fine.

Answer:	The tag only says hand wash. I washed it once so far on the normal cycle and deed in the dryer and it seems okay so far. I think eventually it might affect the waterproof nature of it, but I'm taking the risk.
Question:	The description says "waterproof" in some areas but "water resistant" in others. Which is it
Answer:	We purchased two (2) of these to deal with one of our cats urinating on our bed. We have caught him a few times urinating on the blankets and the liquid "absorbed" into the blanket but did not penetrate through it. Also, we regularly machine wash our blankets and have not seen a reduction in their "water resistance" yet. For me, waterproof means liquid would bead on the surface of the blanket, water resistant means absorption but no penetration through the blanket. I would call these "water resistant".

Answer:	Hello Annie, I am not sure how much the individual collar weighs but the entire shipping package weighed only 13.6 oz., so everything that comes with it weighs less than 1 lb. The transmitter, that you hold in your hand weighs more than the collar that will go around your pup's neck and I am sure that the weight will be no problem for your pup. Just make sure that you read the instructions in it's entirety. I have a 145 lb. Great Dane and I use level 23 out of 100. Good luck

Answer:	I'm not sure! It fits our one Great Dane puppy who is only 13 weeks, but it is on the lowest hole... You could definitely drill another hole through the collar though! I'm sure it'd fit some way or another.
