How to pairing the remote with the collar

Channel 1 and/or 2 are used when you want to MANUALLY trigger a response when your dog barks or does a bad behavior that you want to correct. You can use any of the three methods: beep, vibrate, or Electrostatic Pulse.

Hold the button on the collar down for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep and the LED light will flash green to confirm it is in pairing status. Within 10 seconds, press and hold one of the buttons on the remote (beep, vibrate, or Electrostatic Pulse) to pair the collar with the remote. When you hear the second beep, this confirms the pairing is complete.

Use the dial on the remote to set the intensity level from 1-100 for Channel 1 or 2.

If you want to pair another collar to the same remote, change the toggle switch to the second channel and follow the same instructions.

How to Pair Channel A - Anti Bark Mode

Channel A is used when you want the collar to AUTOMATICALLY trigger a response when your dog barks.

Have the remote in Channel 1 position on the toggle switch. Hold the button on the collar down for 3 seconds. hold one of the buttons on the remote (beep, vibrate, or Electrostatic Pulse) to pair the collar with the remote. When you hear the second beep, this confirms the pairing is complete. It is now in training mode. Next, change the toggle switch on the remote to Channel A position. It is anti bark mode now (default Shock+beep mode first time) . When you run back to the channel 1, it is training mode now. (if we selected vibrate+beep mode, then run to the channel 1 and then run to the channel A, it is vibrate+beep mode not Shock+beep mode)

How to set the sensitivity level

There are 5 levels to pick from and you will do this manually with the collar. You can change this at any time. (Note: The dial on the remote is not the intensity level for Anti Bark Mode.) Press and hold the button for 0.5 seconds to select the sensitivity level.

1 beep = Level 1

2 beeps = Level 2

3 beeps = Level 3

4 beeps = Level 4

5 beeps = Level 5

How to Test Anti Bark Mode

Gently scratch the test area back and forth on the back of the collar to verify that Anti Bark Mode is working. Level 5 is the easiest to test with.

100% waterproof

To ensure the collar is 100% waterproof, make sure the rubber cover on the USB charging port on the back of the collar is fully sealed. If water gets into the collar and the collar vibrates for no reason, remove the collar from your dog, unscrew the screws, wipe out the water stains on the circuit board and the shell. Wait for it to dry, then re-install it and try again.

Remore Range

The dog training collar has a responding range of approximately 1,300 feet, which may slightly vary depending on the way the remote is held. Hold the remote out and away from your body to maintain an ideal range. When holding the remote, please do not touch or block the antenna to avoid a potential sharp decrease in the responding range. To ensure strong signals and connections, make sure the device is sufficiently charged before each use. 8. Range will not be limited through glass windows, but it will be limited through a door or wall.

Answer:	Each time you turn on the collars, you must synchronize them to the remote. You can actually synchronize each collar to different channels of the remote, or you can synchronize both to the same channel. It's easy enough to do and works out pretty well.

Answer:	I would suggest looking at the manual that came with it. I do not have mine handy. I'm sure there is a web site or 800 number listed.
