Answer:	They unscrew from the plastic box which releases the strap of the collar. I have had to replace many times. Screw them back in tightly.

Answer:	Thanks for your question, Kenna. Yes, this accessory pack includes the longest probes we have ever made for the PUL-275 collar. The long hair probes are roughly ¾" long.
Question:	Where is the rawhide made? We want to make sure we are not using any dog treats from China
Answer:	I received two sets of contacts. One was approx 3/4 of an inch the other approx an inch, tip to tip. If your dog has a thick or long coat the longer ones should work. Our Shepard has long thick fur around the neck and it works for him, just keep it snug.

Question:	does this replacement flap have the U-piece and magnets on the back
Answer:	The large size that I use are from Taiwan. Safer than China, but still a concern. I wrote to "Petsafe" about manufacturing in Taiwan and they claim they have regular inspections......My dog eats 2 discs twice a day for years........he has the whitest teeth of any lab I have ever seen....but I do worry that they are not made in the USA and lately they just started adding Sodium Phosphate to the rings......so once a day I substitute Dr Harvey's Dehydrated Sweet Potatoes, (made in the USA/no additives), but they are not rings....I improvise and my dog loves them........I have written to Dr. Harvey's to PLEASE manufacture the sweet potatoes as rings to fit the Busy Buddy Chewbone but they never answered......

Answer:	I got one of these toys from a monthly dog box and my dog loved it (toy said USA on it). I didn't notice that the treats come from China until after I let my dog chew them and I am totally bummed because she loves it but treats (and seafood) from any part of Asia are forbidden in our house (hubby's a Veterinarian and has no problem with closely supervised pressed rawhide chewing but any Asian products are a no no). I dearly wish I could find a suitable replacement!

Question:	What is the return policy if it doesn't work
Answer:	The flap itself does not have holes. It has a rubberized strip that slides into the frame. The frame has two screws on either side. As the video on the amazon page shows, you loosen the screws on one side and take the screws on the other out. You merely slide out the old flap and insert the new one. My opening goes through the wall from inside to the outside; this I need two flaps. It is possible if your opening is a single-flap door that the frame looks differently. I hope this helps.
