Answer:	The pole is 36" and the cord is 45", plus a 6 inch long fuzzy toy on the end. It's really sturdy and I love it- I can play with my cat and dog at the same time!

Answer:	Took me a while to get that too. Squash it flat, then fold that in half so it is flat and four sides thick. Then hold it by each end and start twisting. You will think it is going bend the wire supports, but somehow it doesn't. It will sort of twist around until you get a circle. Hold it in place while you pull the elastic pieces across the circle to keep it in place. Then put it into the case until you need it again. Just slide the elastic pieces off and it will pop open again. Have fun...

Question:	Will this work to train cats from getting on countertops, trash cans, etc
Answer:	Discipline like spray bottles don't work with cats--they'll just jump on the counter when you're not looking. Try giving the cat its own perch at equal height of the things it wants to get on top of, then use the clicker-treat system to reward it when it uses its perch. Positive reinforcement is the only way to train a cat.

Answer:	I have used for my dog that is blind to help back in.. use your knee put up when your dog is jumping up that's how my trainer said for our puppy

Answer:	No. These are for reward based training only. Youtube has some great videos in regards to using clicker with dogs. Best of luck with the barking issue, our good boy has taken to barking excessively, it is not pleasant. I am hoping working with him on communication and rewards based training he will start to understand my better and stop with a simple “no” but that takes a lot of work. If you want a simple solution there are always shock collars, some with options other than schooling, like beep/pitch sound solutions.

Answer:	I never used it for potty training. Our puppy trained quickly cause we kept an eye on her and took her outside frequently and praised her when she peed or pooped. I used this only for bad behaviors like jumping up on the table etc. and now all I have to do is pick it up and she stops.

Answer:	Supposedly, a dog/cat is taught that the sound of the click means he will get a tasty reward. When he does what is asked, such as sits or lies down, the clicker is pressed and the click sound is immediately followed by a reward such as a treat they like. The concept did not work for my cat.

Answer:	I can’t speak for your dog but my wife and I have two German Shepherd puppies. We live on a ranch in the middle of nowhere so there isn’t a lot of extraneous noises around. Aside from occasional wildlife making noise it’s pretty quite around here. That said our puppies (now four months old) have wandered as far away as a quarter of a mile. When we click the clickers they come running. We love the clickers. Don’t know how well they’d work in the city but the clickers are pretty loud. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The poles themselves aren't adjustable but the height of the cross piece can be adjusted as the brackets slide up and down on the poles.

Answer:	No, the bar won't come off. You have to push it into the next piece to make it fit. Yes the weave poles have study metal sticks that just stick into the ground. Enjoy!

Answer:	If you will enter any Agility trials, you dog needs to learn to go through the 24" tunnel - the standard is "2 feet, give or take 2". Generally, you will find the tunnels at a trial are 24" diameter. Bigger dogs have to scrunch more. Just this weekend we were watching a Giant Schnauzer go through the 24" tunnels.
