Answer:	Absolutely it could work, however, in order to use the parachute it would probably have to be a windy day to get some resistance as you have to run pretty quickly. Also, if his waist was too small, maybe not. Lastly, the jump rope might not be appropriate, it depends on his height. It's something he could grow into. Answer:	Laid out on a table with the black portion end to end it can be around 51 inches, give or take an inch, but that can vary depending on how you measure it, for example by the black portion or the white mesh, or where on the black portion you measure. The inside mesh which is redesigned to be stronger is around 23-24 inches across., But that doesn't represent the total diameter. I would say around 50-51+inches with a variation of 1-2 inches. Also keep in mind, parachutes are much more effective on days with some wind. I hope this helps, thanks for the question.

Answer:	They don't exactly knock off (they're threaded through the holes in the cones) BUT there are two things that happen that make these jumps really safe and non-scary. . . (1.) the poles are made with 2 light weight plastic dowels, plugged into a rubber connector in the middle. It doesn't take much for the rubber connection to disconnect; (2.) While the cones are sturdy, they're not heavy, and they'll fall over pretty easily. Between these two safeguards even my anxious border collie is okay using this jump. It's way more forgiving than a something made out of heavier or more solid materials.

Answer:	I haven't had any trouble with the material tearing while working with my puppy she is a 18 week old aussie shepard/husky mix. This is my first attempt at training a dog for agility this set provided the most obstacles for both my dog and I to begin to learn how to do agility together. My puppy loves the tunnel and runs through it with great enthusiasm. I find that he jump set with the bar seems difficult to set up it won't snap into place for me, I placed a pen on each end to extend the pole and works fine for what I am using it for. The set is light weight and easy to move around It has been working well for me so far.
