| Answer: | I got the Large for my very average size German Shepherd. She's 6 months old and weighs approximately 50 pounds and the Large is a little overwhelming for her at this stage. These are big and heavy (don't let your dog drop it on your foot!). Personally, for a beagle, I'd opt for the smaller size, which is 8 inches long, as compared to 10 inches long for the Large. Unless, of course, your dog likes his chew toys big. |

| Answer: | My dogs have never had issues. They have on occasion coughed up a piece but other wise they haven't. I am no expert so bynall means use at your own decision. My dogs have chewed on these for about 13 years. They love them. |

| Answer: | The bone I had, on the rear, and right bottom of the packaging, it stated: Made in China. Not sure if they manufactured these in different areas or not. The only reason I would say that, is due to the fact that the one I bought was a clearance item at the time. |

| Answer: | Hello Lisa. This small size chew toy (recommended for dogs up to 25 lbs) may be too large for your pup's mouth. We would recommend our petite size chew toys (for dogs up to 15 lbs).
