| Answer: | Not sure what you mean.. but the “bone” (the hard plastic casing shaped like a bone) stays together with the brownish “treat filling” as one piece when you open the blister pack and give the bone to the doggie to play with. They love getting the treat part out. Trust me, the bone never chips or anything. Our dog has played with these bones for 11 years. BTW, once the dog gets the brownish treat part out and eats it (leaving just the shell of a bone” they will lose interest in it just toss and get another one for the dog and the whole thing starts all over. Our dog LOVES these. |

| Answer: | Both our doggos chewed into both the "edible" center and the plastic bone. Cattle Dog and Retriever Mix. Took the bones away after about 1/4 of it was all over the carpet. Both started hacking up small plastic pieces from the teething bone part within 2-3 hours, and their tummies did not do well with the "edible" center. Also, the plastic pieces were very evident in their poop the next few days after this chew. We usually do antlers and nylabones for chewing with no issues, so not sure if it was the bone, or just the day they chewed it. |

| Answer: | I have not seen this particular issue but have had string break after awhile I usually just tie the ends together. Cats love this toy but I use it with caution. I don't think it is safe for kittens or young cats to play with this unsupervised. (I also care for other folks' cats.) Older cats don't seem to get into trouble with it. Another caution the ones I've seen have a little ball inside the fish that makes a noise. I would suggest opening the fishy stomach before the kitties do and pull it out and throw it away. IMO the little ball inside is a choking hazard. I think the fish without the ball inside or the string is safer and kitties have fun with it anyway. |

These are great fun for him and they won't hurt his mouth because they're soft. He's also destructive, yet these have held up for over a year. And, from personal experience with my dog... if these seem a bit big for your dog, he may love them and have fun with them anyway because they have feet that will allow him to grab and carry them. My dog has a set of other soft balls that are very big. He can't fit his mouth around them, but he can grab/carry them by their feet and ears and he LOVES to play with them and bop and bounce them around. Hope that's helpful.
