What is listed is Crude Protein 20%, Crude Fat 14%, Crude Fiber 5.5%, Moisture 24%, Omega-3 Fatty Acids .4%, Omega 6 Fatty Acids 1% and Omega 9 Fatty Acids 1.3%. I bought these since I can't find any other "soft chew" hairball treat. The only issue is they aren't as soft as my cats like. Hope this helps.

Answer:	This is an oily brown translucent gel. I would not call it a paste, although it does come in a tube like toothpaste! :-)

Answer:	The tube of teal green with a white cap is NOT the same product. My cats don't like the teal green with white cap Hairball Medicine. They will take it though but it causes them to have loose bowels. We have much better results with the purple capped tube. I'm having a hard time finding the purple capped tube.

Answer:	If the cat is very dirty, I would think the cat would need a bath and you may want to get a cat shampoo that will rinse easily. This is better for light touch ups and eliminating odor. It is effective at eliminating odors.

Answer:	I used it on my long fur cat. He kept licking it off so I could not tell if it helped with oiliness or not. I did notice that he was itching worse after using it. I don't recommend buying it.

Answer:	Know this is an old question but for anyone who sees this and has the same issue: I had a Persian/Himalayan mix who was absolutely beautiful but had the same issue with feces getting caught in the fur under her tail and being drug out of the litter box inadvertently. Sorry, but my solution was to take her to a good groomer and get a 'lion cut' and to request to make sure the hair around her behind and the top of the tail was cut very short. Problem solved, sorry but litter needs to stay in the box! Loved that cat so much... cried like a baby when she passed; that was one gorgeous animal. Btw, she loved going to the groomers, they always said she purred the entire time she was at her 'spa'. ;)

Question:	Is it good for kittens
Answer:	I have a 4y and a 6m cat, The 4y loves them, they are his favorite treat, and he’ll eat more than are good for him if you allow it. I’m training the kitten to take them as well but she is much less interested at this point, and I think they’re a bit hard for her to chew comfortably. They do seem to be good for the teeth, so I’ll keep offering them to her, but she’ll only take a couple a day at this juncture.
Question:	How good do these treats work
Answer:	I don’t know myself my cat hasn’t been to the vet since starting them but the neighbors who first let me try them for him(their cats love them but I wasn’t sure mine would ) had their cat in for her yrly checkup and she got a very good dental report so maybe they really do help. I’ll find out in a few months when my cat is due at the vet for his yrly checkup.
