I’m sorry, I don’t remember because I threw the whole box and it’s contents out. After trying to open the envelopes I found them all to have been exposed to moisture and the entire content of every packet was stuck to the inside in one hard lump. I contacted the seller via an email they sent to ask me if everything was ok with the product. They didn’t bother to contact me nor refund my money. It seemed to me to be nothing more than moisture exposed beef broth. I highly recommend you look for another source of electrolytes such as pedialyte mixed in water or food. This was a waste of money even if it hadn’t been bad product.
