Question:	Do these collars for anxiety dogs rust over time
Answer:	I bought this collar for my 55 lb. 1 1/2 year old pit bull and there is plenty of "extra" room. So my guess is that it will fit. FYI - I bought this hoping that it would help to keep her calm when the doorbell rang or someone knocked at the door. Unfortunately it didn't seem to have any affect. It made her "sleepy" for the first day but then she was back to her "normal" self. I've kept in on her hoping it would eventually help but I truly have not noticed a difference. Answer:	I have a rescue dog that I have only had since March this year (2014) - although he is fine with me, he is very snappy when people come to our house, he has 'nipped' a couple of people. Also, I dont care about the 25 dollar coupon that the company offered me if i gave a positive review. My vet recommended the collar, not the company. This collar did have great reviews. One review said, her dog barked all the time and with the collar he stopped. I bought it for that reason and I did not see any changes in my 2 dogs behavior. My puggle gets anxiety and to avoid medication, under a vets recommendation i ordered it, needless to say, my puggle is on medication, after a month i seen 0 diffrence in both dogs of the reasons I bought it. I am just being honest. Maybe these types of collars work, but not this one. For the barking from my dog I looked into, I cant remember the name, when they park unnecessary it's a loud pitch noise, not a collar and when they bark for positive then u praise them so the dog can know the diffrence. Anxiety is med and I burn amber that makes her calm. I'm still working on it so she can move past the prozac.
