Answer:	Okay, it is a bit confusing. The different numbers refer to the number of times the original ingredients have been diluted, so 30c has been diluted many less times than the 200. However, for some reason in homeopathic medicine, they refer to the most diluted formulas as high potency and the least diluted as low potency. So the lower numbers actually have more of the ingredients in it.

Answer:	The bottom of the container (has ridges molded) is twistable. You twist this round end, holding that end downside. The pellets are dispensed into the end piece, which is removable (there may be a piece of tape holding it shut which you can remove). Keep twisting until you see about 4-5 pellets in the end piece. Then carefully remove the end piece and put the pellets into your mouth to dissolve (do not chew them). Refrain from touching the pellets as you take them and avoid having any mint-flavored candies or food prior to taking them - somehow the mint diminishes the effectiveness of the arnica. A 'pinch' is three fingers with the thumb - approximately about one and a half teaspoons - and then add an extra 'pinch' for good measure to the teapot or tea egg. This has worked well for me for many years and it brews a pleasant cup any time during. With this method, I get over 100 cups and am satisfied with that!

Answer:	Neither of the 2 units require a Doctor's Rx to purchase or use. The FDA / Food Drug Admin however very specifically states that the Home version (while assumedly only warranty is different) is ONLY to be used in a residential environment, and further the FDA on its government website continues and states the Onsite version is to be used in a business. The Home and the Onsite model numbers are different. That being said, ANY and ALL businesses if they want to avoid having to potentially pay for legal advice, which could be more than the cost difference between the two units, should either go ahead and purchase the Onsite version OR at a minimum if a business is going to purchase the Home version, even through the FDA specifies it is to only be used in residential homes, a Business NEEDS or SHOULD check with local and state regulators, your legal counsel, law enforcement AND your company insurance carrier. A business may also want to write, email or contact Phillips Healthcare and ask if using the home version is a business would void the warranty. It is often with residential electronics that commercial use instantly voids warranties, rights, and other protections. But Why at a minimum contact legal counsel and your insurer if you are buying a home version for a business after the FDA specifies different use?
