Answer:	Wiping your dog's ears out with these will kill the fleas, but if you dog actually has fleas (not mites) in it's ears that means they are all-over and will need to be eradicated. The fleas will just end up back in the ears otherwise. You can talk to your vet about the best flea medication to use, and what to use to kill them in your home as well, so your dog doesn't get infested with them again.

Answer:	I purchased this item at the suggestion of the doctor. In his office, he used warm water, and I did the same at home. HOWEVER, you will have better results if you purchase ear drops that help soften the ear wax. It is over the counter. The drops were used in the doctors office, for my son. He had to lay on his side for about 5-10 minutes to allow the drops to work. He sat up, the wash kit was used, and it definitely worked. I tape the cord to the top of the panty line but we also put a pull-up on over the panties (to protect bedding) and it also holds the sensor in place.

Answer:	I don't think freezing is going to cause it to go bad. It's not like a medication that has to be kept at room temperature or anything. I would be more concerned if it waz out in a 100ﾟtemperatures. Sometimes freezing has more of a preservative effect than a destructive effect.

Question:	May I have a list of the ingredients in order please
Answer:	I'm not sure what the actual ingredients are. We used this on our dog for just a couple of weeks 3 days a week. It has a very strong odor. But, it seemed to make his ears worse and caused inflammation so we stopped using and returned it. I personally do NOT suggest using this product on your dogs ears without asking a vet. Turned out my dog was allergic to it.
