Answer:	We focus on including healthy, nutritious treats in our boxes. All treats are made in North America, with occasional features from Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Many of the treats we include are all-natural, organic, and/or grain-free, but unfortunately we can't guarantee they'll be grain-free every month. However, we do offer a dietary box option in which you'd receive an extra toy or accessory in place of the treats!

Answer:	I ordered one, and was going to cancel after the first box, but have now decided to get another. When I don't have the funds I am going to go into my subscriptions to cancel, its rather easy.
Question:	Is there a way to subscribe every-other month
Answer:	The only option is to subscribe monthly or cancel and restart, the problem with that is that if you restart you often get the same toys as before, it seems they have preset boxes so restarting may result in duplicate toys, hope this helps!

I know direction say on an empty stomach; however, it is important they take the pills so I bought some human liver pate over in the deli meat section and I give the a tiny treat to trick them...about the size of a ballpoint pen end and then I wrap the pill in just enough liver that they wolf it down and then I give them that tiny bit to follow up. I know it sounds crazy but I watched a vet on youtube show how and it worked. The first little bit programs them for the larger piece which only covers the pill...they wolf it right down. I know it is working because the 22lbs. liver was so high it wouldn't even register on the scale. Follow up last week the liver blood work showed a dramatic drop to well below 300. Hope that helps.
Question:	Is there a difference between this and Denamarin Chewable Tablets? Those are cheaper, but do they work the same as these tablets
Answer:	Yes, I gave my dog these tablets for years. I tried to switch to the chewables to see if he’d be happier getting it as a “treat,” rather than having the tablet shoves down his throat every night. The chewable tablets are large and hard and he was not interested. I knew I’d have to break them up, but even with a pill splitter that was difficult.

Each month Nature Gnaws will surprise your pup with at least 15-20 dog chews. This includes our bully sticks, jerky chews, salmon treats, tendons, yak chews, elk and deer antlers and more.

Where are your chews sourced from?

Nature Gnaws is a natural dog chew company with most of our products containing a single ingredient. We want to take the lead on disrupting the market by providing natural chews with only the simplest and best ingredients for your canine companion. We were so committed to keeping our products natural that we skipped large meat distributors and went right to the source. We flew to South America and partnered with local farmers. From there, the meat was shipped to our warehouses where we cleaned them in water, baked them in ovens and personally inspected every single chew. Despite our growth, that process continues.

When will I received the box?

Our boxes are hand inspected and packaged on the 15th of every month. From there, the box is on its way to your doorstep. Expect to receive your delicious, tasty, natural, gnawlicious box the end of every month.

Can I cancel anytime?

We would hate to see you go, but of course, you can cancel anytime.

Answer:	You likely have to pick up lots of dog piles.

Answer:	If the toy is damaged within 14 days of arriving, just send a message to them with a photo and what you want it replaced with. You can only do one “return” order every 30 days”. So send them the photo and if nothing else failed then send email to send replacements. I just did two replacements my pit destroyed the rubber and the rope in 10 min. I sent photo of each one. His nylon are fine he can’t destroy them, I emailed Emily (she was helping me) and said please go ahead with the two damages. Three days later he got a new nylon and a ballistic fabric.

Question:	I am interested in pawstruck, i have a boston terrier that can decimate anything to shreds - how do i specify this
Answer:	Nothing to specify other than size of dog.
Question:	Can I order this for a 17 week old puppy
Answer:	My vet told us nothing harder than the puppy's teeth until all her puppy teeth were gone. I see that they list bone and hooves as some of their treat options, which our vet said no to for our puppy. We stuck with basic milk milkbone type of treats, soft treats, and carrots until her adult dog teeth came in. The carrots were and still are a favorite for her.
Question:	Are the beef bones cooked? I thought cooked bones were unsafe for dogs
Answer:	Thank you for your question! The main reason that people do not give their pups cooked bones is due to the fact cooking can increase the risk of splintering. We go to great lengths to reduce the splintering risk in our bones and would consider kneecaps and knucklebones some of the safest -- the density of the bone means they hold up very well. Raw bones, however, do also have a risk with giving those to your pup, such as bacterial risk, and since we are an eCommerce company and store then ship items we want to minimize that risk as much as possible. Bones, cooked or otherwise, are not a good fit for every dog, and you should always supervise your pup when giving them natural chews of any kind.

The ingredient lists were full of artificial ingredients and seemed like gibberish due to the complex scientific jargon.
