Answer:	There are no tiles. This is two pieces: metallic base and plastic top, which btw is super hard to clean, specially downside. So no, I don’t think you could clean the drain without taking the pet out of tub, unless your tub is larger than the rack, then you can push it aside.

Answer:	Once my Cavalier got a toe or toenail caught in the grate. She screamed (breed's not known for toughness), but it has never happened again. I love the grate so much that I decided that if that was going to be a problem I would just buy a "people" shower mat to put on top of it. The grate is awesome. Keeps the dog well out of the soapy water.

Question:	Why are people saying saying this product is rusting after 3-4 months? Stainless steel is not supposed to rust. Confused
Answer:	I am one of those purchasers experiencing the rust pits. I suspect the grade of "stainless steel" is not completely accurate. These rust spots started to appear on the rail; moving to the removeable deck; and the now the tub. I concur with the "confusion", I can only contribute that the rust is occurring. I am at 5 months - yes it appears to be rust. Excluding the surface pitting - the tub functions well. Operational - fine. Our two 35 pounds dogs handle the steps and sliding door.

Answer:	Barely the base legs are really to wide.

Answer:	I'm not sure, but I don't see why it couldn't be. Of course the entire purpose of a raised tub is to save the bather from back strain!
Question:	How does the water hook up to the tub? or do you have to have your own water source? What are the demensions
Answer:	No, you do hookup water to the tub. There is a special sprinkler head that comes with the unit that you screw on to a regular water hose. The unit comes with a drain hose that is connected on the bottom of the tub to direct the drainage out and to the side.
Question:	Is the tub made of metal or plastic
Answer:	plastic. OUr dogs are 70# and the tub needed a support underneath (we used a plastic trash can turned upside down) to keep the legs from totally splaying out with the dog's weight and breaking off. Otherwise, a great tub!

Question:	Does anyone have an electronic version of the Assembly Instructions? I misplaced mine
Answer:	I do not have an electronic version but what issue are you having with assembly? It has a few pieces but not too difficult to assemble. What seems to be your issue maybe I can help.

Answer:	It is very sturdy with a completely welded frame. Probably too small for a Mastiff but it will hold a Husky, Retriever, Lab, etc.

Answer:	I had my plumber come and look at it before he installed it. The drain is on the bottom right side and the faucet is towards the top of the right side. It was an easy install.

Answer:	It’s a 6 inch wide spread faucet that’s included. Everything seems to be made very well but my plumber is changing out drain tube for something of a bit higher quality.

Answer:	I did not use the drain that came with it. I used a 1 1/2" x 2" rubber boot attached to my PVC 'P' trap.

Question:	Would this be able to hold a French bulldog
Answer:	From what I have read a French Bulldog is a medium sized dog, and might way around 28 libs. Our dog tops out a just over 20 lbs, and this tub holds him well with no sagging or signs of stress. That is about all I can say not having a bit larger dog.
Question:	Can the hose on the bottom of the tub drain the water in the sink
Answer:	The hose is not real long. You could add additional hose to it. We set ours outside the tub and drained it into the tub.
Question:	Does it drain fast as you spray, if needed? I have tiny dogs and don't want to fill it up
Answer:	Well, no. My dog is an 11lb chihuahua mix. The issue with the drain is that it has a cover which stays pretty much in place and so, when you are spraying the dog - I use it in our shower - the water does begin to rise. So, I am cutting off that cover as I will never need to fill the tub. Other than that it works great. Our dog does not care for water but is tolerant of his shower twice a month! Answer:	We drain the hose that's provided into an "indirect drain" in the floor.

Answer:	It comes with a shelf that serves as a platform for small dogs, but I actually prefer to bathe my small dogs down in the lower portion of the tub and use the shelf to hold shampoo and tools. Only problem with this tub is the water splashes over the top since there is no backsplash - a lot of splash with my larger dogs. But with the smaller ones they sit down deep enough that the sides are tall enough to prevent most splashing.
Question:	Can it be used outside with just a water hose? Will it be good for a husky who doesn't like bath time
Answer:	as far as using it outside there is no problem, the only problem i could see would be not under cover. the control box might get wet. as far as the husky i have washed over 50 dogs and it has been alot better than the stainless tub. some of the dogs enjoy the ride up and down.lol... when you get the tub you are going to say i spent to much. but once it is complete you will be happy.

Answer:	Yes the tub can be separated from the legs. The legs are chrome. It comes unassembled so you don't have to attach the legs if you wish to leave it as is.

Answer:	I didn't order the tub as you see in this picture, but I did order the cabinet. I really enjoy my cabinet and the packaging makes is where you have to put it together yourself. There was a dent on mine, I did contact the manufactures and they wanted me to take a picture of the dent, but I didn't want to take the time.
