Answer:	They are packaged in the outside end of the styrofoam protector that comes on each end of the dryer. They are very deep into the styrofoam and easy to overlook. The seller should put a flag on that end so people don’t overlook the tools and throw them away by mistake.

Answer:	I have an 87 pound Akita that was afraid of it at first but after a few times he's gotten used to it. He needs 2 part baths every week because of Sebaceous Adenitis, (this is a disease that renders them incapable of producing their own oil for healthy skin and coat) he gets massaged with baby oil in the morning and a shampoo in the afternoon.

• In warm seasons, please just keep the heat function off, as Motor produces heat when it runs, so it blows fairly warm air.
