Answer:	Hi there! Yes our beds are made with two layers of real memory foam! We want to make sure the bed is orthopedic for your pup!
Question:	Can I buy a replacement cover for the large bed
Answer:	Yes, you can buy a replacement cover for the large bed. It's just a little hard to find. The replacement covers are on the same page as the beds. They are the three right hand boxes at the bottom. To add to the confusion, they're referred to as "sheets". Contact Barkbox's excellent customer service if you need help. I just received two fleece covers which are made just like the original covers. They fit well, but are not yet dog-tested. I've had good luck with the original covers with the exception of the waterproof backing breaking down after 10 months because my young English Setter is a nester. I wash the covers in cool water and always dry them outside or on a drying rack.
Question:	How waterproof is the cover
Answer:	Not waterproof at all!!! Dog went pee on it and it went through the cover all the way into the foam. Unfortunately you can't take off the white cover over the foam. So even after washing the cover, the pee smell stayed in the foam and reeked our home. Had to throw away. Biggest waste of money and lie.

Question:	Hi! I was wondering if there is a physical squeaker that my dog can pull out from this toy
Answer:	I have an 18 pound terrier. He instantly got the cute covering off the small pineapple toy and is seldom parted from the blue spike squeaky inside it - which has proved amazingly durable. It stopped squeaking for awhile and he still loved chewing on it - 3 months with no degrading of the blue spikey gel ball. Today it started squeaking again. I accidentally bought the medium - large pineapple as a back up because I expected the first one to fall apart. I carelessly allowed him to see it when I opened the package, so then I had to give it to him. I is only a little larger, but it is much firmer. He got some of the covering apart, but didn't play with it much. I finally took the cover off. He will play with the larger blue spike ball some, but mainly we play fetchs with the two of them. I throw, he returns and drops, I throw the next one. It is a wonderful toy and I would get the little one.

Answer:	No. The company only sells complete units and not parts. Use caution when cleaning around the hinges. Do not spray with cleaning fluid. Apply cleaner to a paper towel and wipe the hinge, or the hinge will corrode from being sprayed with cleaner even though you wipe the surface of the hinge dry.
Question:	Is there a trick to tell where they peed? I have a small dog in a larger area covered in pads and I only wanna throw away the pads he’s urinated on
Answer:	ALL I CAN SAY IS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE THIS IS A VERY STABLE SEAT, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
Question:	Is the large size 30x36 and come in 100 count? what size is the xxl
Answer:	This is a heavy material about 1/2 inch thick. It has an eggshell texture, not the smoothness of a piece of plastic. It is very sturdy and after 4 years, the rubber bumpers under the seat have yet to show signs of wear. After looking at my local hardware stores and building supply stores at as many as available, this seemed to be the best. Should either of the two I have need replacement, I would definitely buy these again.
Question:	From the pictures, these look like carpet. Doesn’t this confuse the animal? I would rather my dog not think my floor rug is her giant pee pad
Answer:	We have two of these and the hinges are made of metal. I don't know what type of metal, but we have a family member that weights close to 350 pounds and neither of these have broken or come loose. She uses both on a daily basis. I'm not sure what type of metal these are made of, but it must be pretty strong as we have had these for a year or more now. The two bolts that hold this to the toilet bowl are made of some sort of hard plastic. They screw in and hold a metal piece that you have to line up when you tighten this down. The fact that these are so easily removed is great for cleaning. The first one I purchased was from Amazon and it is not the slow closing type. I'm pretty sure the metal is the same, just a different model. The second one I got at "the Blue and White" hardware store and it is a little different than the Amazon one. Basically the same, it just was harder to install for some reason. The main reason was that it had the wrong hardware. These also say to clean them with soap and water, but we have a housekeeper and she wipes them down with those Clorox wipes, then with a clean damp rag. Hasn't seemed to harm the color or finish in anyway. I've read a few reviews that people have had the seat spit as a result of them slamming shut. But since this is a slow close model, it should not be an issue. We replaced two of our toilets with the TOTO "Drake" model toilets and I have to say I hate them. The tank lid dosent even seem to fit them correctly and I wish we had gone with our gut feeling and bought the Kohler model we originally planned to purchase. The tank lid just sits on th top and doesn't overlap the tank or have any type of system to keep the lids from moving back. It looks like the design is suppose to create a smooth look to the tank. It's a pain to keep these from moving. It's almost like the lids are not made for the toilet, but it was a boxed deal, so I am assuming that this is how these are designed. It also isn't completely fired on the lower edge which shows when the lid has shifted. I'm constantly having to move the lids back into place. I'm considering caulking these down to keep them in place and eliminating me from constantly having to fix the tank lids. These where bought at a well known plumbing company with a showroom and the only reason we decided to buy them in the first place was that we have a friend who knows the owner. I can see that these will be replaced in the near future with the Kohler model we initially considered buying.The TOTO model came with a slow close seat and it's very uncomfortable. It's made of plastic completely and they scratch very easily. After about three months time, they started having side to side movement. This was due to the poor seat design, not the lack of tightness to the bowl. If you are using this on a TOTO model, it will hang over the front edge just a little. This is only noticeable if you are looking at the seat from the floor level, which no one should be doing anyway. If I had to replace one of these seats for any reason, I would not hesitate to buy this one again. However, I would without a doubt buy the Kohler toilet instead.Hope this has helped you and not overwhelmed you with information. But the hinges are metal.
