Answer:	This is a very mild shampoo. We use it first because it is tear free and we can wash our little dog's face really good without burning her eyes. Then we wash her again in Durvet Naturals moisturizing Oatmeal shampoo for allergy itch relief. Neither of these shampoos smell like coconut and I don't think there is coconut in them. Question:	does a pump fit this container? Any suggestions on which pump to buy
Answer:	They're cotton towels not microfiber so "wicking" isn't really in the job description. They are good for mopping a sweaty brow, but I would say they retain moisture. At this price though, if your towel is feeling damp you can grab a fresh one and still have a basket full in reserve.
Question:	How often can you bathe your dog using this shampoo? Will be ok to use it weekly
Answer:	I use very heavy bleach on these (white), each one has been washed and bleached about 190 to 220 times in less than a year and they are great. No loss of white color (white is still ... white, not orange, tan, gray, whatever!). So I assume the manufacturer is only referring to colors other than white. I bought Wal-mart versions of these at the same time, same frequent use and bleaching, and those lost most of their cotton, have holes in them(!), and the edges are shredded. So yes, these are definitively (and chlorine) bleach-safe for white color.

Question:	How long does this smell last? I have a smelly hound that can never smell good for longer then a day
Answer:	Even though the shampoo doesn’t sting and burn the eyes (as regular shampoo or soap would), it still makes good sense to keep any chemicals and dirty water out of the eyes to avoid possible irritation or injury. I have used this shampoo (diluted) on my fingertips to carefully clean the brown-stained hair near my dog’s eyes without any problem, but I still try not to get any directly in her eyes and always rinse well right away in a direction away from her eyes. I would not attempt that with a shampoo that wasn’t tear-free, due to discomfort and potential of causing corneal ulcers or other eye problems. I have been well pleased with the Burt’s Bees product and have used it for several years (still being careful around the eyes). Hope this helps!

It appears that Water, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Sodium Lauryl Glucoside Carboxylate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, are in this shampoo BUT they are derived from fruit sugars and coconut surfactants. I think all shampoos have some surfactant based ingredients.
Question:	I’ve bought this product before and have been happy with it but this bottle is very watery and runny. Why
Answer:	I only used some of this product. I do not have very oily hair, but I was hoping this shampoo would actually make my hair a little frizzy to cover the thinning areas. It didn’t foam or clean enough to make my hair/scalp even feel clean. I tried using more product and less- no difference in results. I’ll find something to clean with this shampoo, but I’m not using it on my hair- no real results.
Question:	Is this special li "unscented"/"fragrance-free
Answer:	Yes, it worked for me. At first I had to wash my hair twice per shower and let it sit on my hair for a few minutes each time. I did not apply conditioner to my roots after shampooing just to the ends to rehydrate. I think I was washing my hair every day or every other day at that point. After a few times of doing that I was able to drop to one shampoo per shower with the same results. Then I was able to progressively go more and more days in between washing without any issues. This shampoo feels like it solved whatever underlying problem actually caused the oiliness in the first place. I use it about once a week now and can use other shampoos in between if I want without problems. I always go back to it though because I never want to go through having chronically oily hair again. I use Shea Moisturizing conditioner with this because it can dry out the ends of your hair. I also only apply it to my roots and massage it there and then wait and rinse without scrubbing the ends.

Answer:	I don’t know about the conditioner. I used the MASQUE. I did not wash my hair after using it, just rinsed it out real well. I have short hair, however.

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but it does treat fungus. If you were going to try it i would try the sprey as it can stay on it. and I dont know if you are aware but some simple athletes foot cream will treat a ring worm as they are both fungus. I have personally used athletes foot cream for ring worms

Answer:	There are so many uninformed answers to this question. Coal tar is anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-itch, anti-inflammatory. It’s used to treat psoriasis in humans. And yes, yeast is a fungus. It’s most likely that your dog with “yeast” problems has an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very probable that it’s an internal overgrowth that caused the skin affliction. I’m not speaking for the effectiveness of coal tar against Candida, but if topical treatment of your dog’s skin issue doesn’t respond to treatment or reoccurs after treatment, you should consider treating the problem internally. Also, if you’re feeding your dog dry food you may be perpetuating the problem. Dry food is rarely free of mold/mycotoxins.

Answer:	We have upgraded the packaging and they now come in a paper soap box. Though the product is still shrink wrapped which helps keep is safer in humid storage conditions. We have also added an image of the packed product in the images.

Answer:	The definition of "biodegradable" according to the dictionary is that "...an item that can break down into natural materials in the environment without causing harm. ..." All the listed ingredients in this soap are natural. No chemicals or preservatives or dyes. So, I'd have to say, yes. (It wasn't my favorite, though. Left a waxy film in my hair and on my brush. I liked Whiff and the one by Aspen Kay Naturals better; both are from Amazon.

Question:	My Staffordshire Terrier is loosing hair around her eyes and ears again...I have added some things to her diet for her immune system...will this work
Answer:	I took my dog to the vet. After doing a skin test determined it was some kind of bacteria or fungus causing it. She suggested I bathe him with this shampoo in and epsom salt bath and it worked almost immediately. I'd check with your vet to be sure it isn't something more serious, but if it is what my Caddy had - this worked very well.
