Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but it does treat fungus. If you were going to try it i would try the sprey as it can stay on it. and I dont know if you are aware but some simple athletes foot cream will treat a ring worm as they are both fungus. I have personally used athletes foot cream for ring worms

Answer:	There are so many uninformed answers to this question. Coal tar is anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-itch, anti-inflammatory. It’s used to treat psoriasis in humans. And yes, yeast is a fungus. It’s most likely that your dog with “yeast” problems has an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very probable that it’s an internal overgrowth that caused the skin affliction. I’m not speaking for the effectiveness of coal tar against Candida, but if topical treatment of your dog’s skin issue doesn’t respond to treatment or reoccurs after treatment, you should consider treating the problem internally. Also, if you’re feeding your dog dry food you may be perpetuating the problem. Dry food is rarely free of mold/mycotoxins.

Question:	Can this be used on humans
Answer:	Our rescue doggo (horrible case of mange, *really* bad) had a prescription shampoo from vet. When it ran out we got this to use. I can't answer if it kills mites, but it seems to be keeping them at bay. Sorry, we aren't a good case study because she was so sick. A year later her coat is now much better and she smells good. I like this product.

Answer:	We would never ship in an envelope. All of our items are boxed, with extra care, using dividers as we are authorized to sell this by Weruva. Make sure your sellers are authorized, and not randomly throwing canned food into envelopes!! No seller should ever put canned food into an envelope!! Answer:	When I bought my assortment of 12 cans I got 12 different flavors. My dog really love the steak frittes, so I buy twelve cans of only that and a few cans of the chicken and duck flavor. My dogs seems to really love this brand and I mix it with Acana Appalachian Ranch dry food. I hope this helps. :)

Question:	I noticed that the colour of the shampoo is significantly lighter than before in my recent purchase. Is there a formulation change or is it a defect
Answer:	I don’t know the answer for CERTAIN, but this new lighter color seems less effective. My 1st bottle (the deep red color), helped my dog’s bacterial infection as much as antibiotics. I have only given 1 bath with the new bottle (lighter color), and it doesn’t seem as effective (we were back at the Vet yesterday to start a new round of antibiotics)!

Answer:	Chlorhexidine is a persistent antiseptic and anti fungal. When used with the potent ketoconazole, there is a synergistic effect. It is of utmost importance that no ANionic surfactants are used on the dog before or after the shampoo is used as it deactivates the chlorhexidine (CHG). That is why you shouldn’t brush your teeth right before you use CHG mouthwashes.

Question:	Does this work on skin yeast
Answer:	So far it has worked the best. I make sure to wash my brushes after each bath. Not to reinfect.
Question:	Will this shampoo work for ringworm on dogs
Answer:	I don't know. I'd go to the vet as ringworm spreads so rapidly (from animal to animal - and from animal to human.) I found this product a pleasant pet shampoo but whether it's effective as an anti-fungal at all, I don't know. My bottle listed ingredients including 1% Ketoconazole. I've zip medical training but have (merely) READ that some over-the-counter anti-fungals (sold as remedies for jock-itch; athletes foot, etc) contain 1% or 2% Ketoconazole. Still, I think I'd go to the vet right away for ringworm - or at least start off at the locale pharmacy having a chat with a pharmacist about 1% Ketoconazole, OTC remedies and ringworm in general.
