Answer:	I have lived with fragrances in my hair all of my life and suffered the consequences. I opened the cap and sniffed. I can not detect an odor in the conditioner. I can slightly in the shampoo. I am still looking for a solution.... It took awhile to realize what was causing my continuous sore throats and swollen nasal passages, (swelling leading to trapped bacteria, trapped bacteria leading to constant Sinus infections) I am tired of being sick. I once thought that hypoallergenic would mean no scent- and quickly learned how wrong I was. I also am a reactor to many natural none chemical scents like lavendar. Natural scents does not mean - NO SCENT. I have been searching to have deodorant (that works) with no scent as well. Any way - it seems to be a problem that I am not sure how many others have in the world, but I am doing everything I can to stay healthy and not suffer these allergic responses any longer. I don't understand why these labels would say something like this and than it not be true. Answer:	There are no dates on the tube I purchased. It's not medicated, so dates probably aren't required. We go through a tube in about 8 weeks, which I reckon is well within any shelf-life for an ointment such as this.

Answer:	Was not impressed with this shampoo!! And it stinks! Don’t waste your money!

Answer:	Yes. It appears that Water, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Sodium Lauryl Glucoside Carboxylate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, are in this shampoo BUT they are derived from fruit sugars and coconut surfactants. I think all shampoos have some surfactant based ingredients.
Question:	I’ve bought this product before and have been happy with it but this bottle is very watery and runny. Why
Answer:	I only used some of this product. I do not have very oily hair, but I was hoping this shampoo would actually make my hair a little frizzy to cover the thinning areas. It didn’t foam or clean enough to make my hair/scalp even feel clean. I tried using more product and less- no difference in results. I’ll find something to clean with this shampoo, but I’m not using it on my hair- no real results.
Question:	Is this special li "unscented"/"fragrance-free
Answer:	Yes, it worked for me. At first I had to wash my hair twice per shower and let it sit on my hair for a few minutes each time. I did not apply conditioner to my roots after shampooing just to the ends to rehydrate. I think I was washing my hair every day or every other day at that point. After a few times of doing that I was able to drop to one shampoo per shower with the same results. Then I was able to progressively go more and more days in between washing without any issues. This shampoo feels like it solved whatever underlying problem actually caused the oiliness in the first place. I use it about once a week now and can use other shampoos in between if I want without problems. I always go back to it though because I never want to go through having chronically oily hair again. I use Shea Moisturizing conditioner with this because it can dry out the ends of your hair. I also only apply it to my roots and massage it there and then wait and rinse without scrubbing the ends.
