Answer:	I've had the same problem with two sets of their clippers. Lithium ion batteries are not this unreliable. These are cheap clippers that lack any form of battery management. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality set of clippers rather than trying to replace the battery.

Answer:	All I had to do was push up on the attachment. Push up towards the end of blade. Or call the company they are suppose to have phone support.

Answer:	The instruction book states it should take 3-5 hours for a complete charge. When clipper is not in use, it may be connected to the transformer and plugged into an outlet to assure maximum power is available when it is next used. Answer:	Sorry, no. This product is designed for the US market, uses 110v to 120v and 60Hz. A 220 volt converter would be designed for 50Hz and would require different components inside the clipper to work efficiently.

Question:	how does it work on cats
Answer:	I have a cat this is scared of a pin dropping 3 miles away, and I was able to use this on her with no problem whatsoever. By the end she even seemed to love it. One trick I did was turn the razor on but use a comb/hand to comb the cat for 5 or 6 times. This will get them to associate the razor sound with a pleasing action. Then later put the comb aside and just use the razor and they will be none the wiser. Or at least that seemed to trick my scaredy cat. I would highly recommend this product. Good luck!

Question:	Is this clipper strong/big enough to clip a horse's body
Answer:	I don't know about that. My dog is a poodle and has very course and curly hair. It's the strongest one we have been able to find and it does the job but it definitely does not glide right through. It takes several passes and gets hot. I'm afraid to burn him sometimes because it has to work so hard. We use the shortest clipper cover too and only because I don't want to burn him running the blade straight with no plastic piece over it. But we have tried several and this one has held up the best so far.

Answer:	Hello, This clipper would work well for trimming and touch up work on larger dog breeds and while not ideal for full body clipping large animals can effortless clip through most matted coats. I would recommend bathing and fully drying and attempting to brush out your dogs coat before clipper and to go slow through the matted parts of the coat. Question:	is this the latest Wahl model? Is it quieter than Bravura
Answer:	It’s about the same to me. The Creativa doesn’t beep at you when it needs to be oiled, charged, cleaned, etc. I got tired of all the beeping. The Creativa is completely wireless meaning it doesn’t need a wire during charging like the Bravura, it just needs a new battery. The battery has a green light and it turns red when it needs to be replaced or if the blade needs cleaning (yay! No beeping!) I’d recommend to purchase extra batteries. The Bravura is a great first clipper, but I’d buy the Creativa if I had my choice. The Creativa is great on cat hair cuts & sanitary trims, dog pad hair, clean poodle feet, face & fanny. Answer:	I tried two Whal shavers and they both had the same problem. Many times they just would not start up. I had to plug and unplug the electrical charging outlet to get them to start. Sometimes that did not even work. I have tossed them out. I paid more money and purchased a Panasonic wet/dry shaver. I find it works well and at least it starts when you push the :on: button. Big difference in the quality of shave as well. I thought by purchasing a Whal I would save some money. In the end it just cost me more. In my opinion, they are junk!

Yes it looks like you get two clippers, I even thought that but when I got it I realized they were just showing the blades on them. They should change picture to only show one clipper and show extra blade over to the side. I love my clippers, instead of two days grooming two dogs it took 3 hours on one and 2 on the other in the same day. It is lightweight and quieter than my old clippers.

Answer:	I have had no problems using these thinning shears. I watched some YouTube videos on how to groom small dogs. After you have almost completed your cut job, hold the hair up with a comb and snip with the thinning scissors. These are to give the fur a natural look and blend the blunt ends to not appear blunt. Answer:	I have a Shih Tzu. The cutting will be a little choppy, after 3 weeks it looks good. I recommend the scaredy cut scissorsog if your does not like the electric razors. I also use regular hair cutting shears to even out various area's.
