Answer:	Since generally these boots are used for protection to the splint bone area, I find the Woof boots to be very forgiving in the WIDTH of the boots but not so much so in the HEIGHT. That said, I have two different size sets (fronts and hinds) for two different purposes. While riding my 16.2 bulky warmblood gelding, I use XL for the hinds and L for the fronts. This insures proper height for protection. However, for turnout, to make it easy on the people putting them on at the barn I board at, we use L for the front and the back. A large does a good enough job (but could be taller) on the hinds and is perfect for the front. So, if your TB has decent bone (not real spindly), I would use M for the front and L for the hind.

Question:	Anyone tried these with a standard poodle? Guards tend to cause tangles. How much hair is left with the blades only
Answer:	I use the blades that come with the clippers to clip my mini mare with cushings and they work well. It’s a close clip, but not surgical. I’ve used them 5 times with no issues other than the motor sometimes getting hot, but I also live in the Florida heat so I just take breaks to let them cool.
