Answer:	no, not serrated. I wouldn't recommend them. The price is too good to be true and I found them poorly made. They fell apart at the center and I haven't figured out yet how to tighten the blue nut to keep them together without being so tight that it keeps the 2 blades working smoothly without locking up.
