Answer:	I have two big shepherds and one is almost a 100 lbs and the collar is fine, but if it shouldn't be long enough for yours you can attach it to the inside of their regular collar with chicken bands. The collars are great. Since I've been using them I have no pest problems. Honestly though I think the collars will be long enough.

While my dogs are not out 24/7, they are out many times throughout the day, 30 minutes to a couple hours at a time, and we live in a very rural, thickly wooded area. The collars have lasted 8 months and I have taken them off at 9 months just because. I haven't seen a flea and the only ticks I've seen have been half-dead on the outside of their fur, like they were trying to get away. They don't smell like other flea collars, either. There are seven dogs in my neighborhood wearing these collars because I so highly recommended them and four dog-owners glad that they followed my advice. I just can't say enough good about these collars. Seriously.

Answer:	No need at all. I have bathed my dog three times and haven't taken it off, but it still works very well. It is really a waterproof collar.

Answer:	As long as the package says and it works perfect
Question:	How deos this collar { and many others like it ) repel fleas around dogs tail and butt area
Answer:	My dog had fleas and after bathing and combing, I put a fresh flea collar on and checked her coat often as well as watched her when she would scratch (she has allergies, too). I believe the contents of the collar coats her fur and her movements helps in that coating to ward off the fleas, etc. So far this spring, no fleas. Be sure to stretch the collar before placing it on your pet and check your pet's coat often to ensure the collar is doing it's job. Note: I had a collar that worked for only 3 months instead of the stated 7 months.
Question:	Will it fit a small 15 pound Schnauzer
Answer:	Yes, it will probably be large though.
Question:	We have 1 dog. If we buy the set of 2, would the 2nd collar "expire" before we could use it? Or is it best to buy 1 collar at a time for 7 months
Answer:	Both are sealed completely and you have to stretch them out for them to begin working once you remove them from the sealed package. That being said, the 7 months is from the time you put it on the dog not from time of purchase.
