After placing a 6"x6" square bowl into our bowl cozy (note: cozy size is 7"x7"x4" so there might be a chance it could work?), it was not able to fit snug and secure. We determined that this dimension is not a standard sized bowl and may not be safe to place in our bowl cozy. In conclusion, we do not recommend this product for that sized container.
