Question:	I'm assembling it now, should the bowl snap into the base? Mine doesn't have the look/fit that it's properly aligned & sits very loose in the base
Answer:	I have tried duct tape, gorilla tape, mounting tape, etc. My cats are too strong, I guess, and always managed to get the bowl out. Now I use a thin, oval headband (think giant rubberband) that goes all the way around the bowl and the feeder. I've used gorilla tape to keep it in place. Two weeks and so far the bowl has stayed attached, which is a record.
Question:	Does this have a counter so you know food is being dispensed
Answer:	I would say ants could def. get to it and proably other bugs too. My cats are able to get their paws up the chute and into a small opening to knock food out.
Question:	How can I attached the bowl more securely as it comes off too easily
Answer:	It's very sturdy for my 13lbs mini dachshund who likes to pull and flip the bowl once the food is gone. If you keep the container full, it holds good weight that makes the unit very sturdy.

Answer:	Resilient Rose is somewhat translucent. You can see through it but there is a bit of a tint. I use two coats. It is almost like I don’t have polish on but it sure helps my nails. I have not tried any other colors.

Connecting Device

1. Register an account in ITSKOO APP.

2. After setup done, turn on the switch at the bottom of the device. You should see the light rapidly blinking on feeder. (In rare cases, if it is not rapidly blinking, please press and hold ‘FEED’ button on the feeder for 6 seconds.)

3. Go to ITSKOO APP, click ‘Add Device’ to add a device.

4. Go in ‘Small Home Appliances’ tab, and select the last device type ‘Pet Feeder’.

5. Choose a Wi-Fi (2.4ghz only), and enter information.

6. The process automatically finishes in short.

How to record your voice?

1. Press and hold the ‘Record’ button to record.

2. Press the ‘Play’ button to test the recorded sound.

How to setup Siri voice command?

1. In ITSKOO app, go to 'Smart' tab to create a 'Tap-to-Run' that controls your feeder's dispense (set your frequency and portion size, and then hit 'Save'.

How to setup Alexa voice command?

2. In Alexa APP, search for smart home skill named 'ITSKOO', and login with your ITSKOO account. Then let Alexa discover.

3. Add a routine - type in your voice command and select the 'Tap-to-Run' you just created.

4. Save the routine, and now you can let Alexa dispense your pet's food.

How to reset feeder to reconnect it to mobile device?

Press and hold 'FEED' button for 6 seconds, until you see the light rapidly blinking. Then you know the feeder is in pairing mode and ready to pair to any mobile device. (If you see the light slowly blinking, go through the process one more time.)

Answer:	Sorry, I answered too quickly. I just looked at the front of the bottle and it says - Tea Tree Oil, Vitamins & Wheat Protein.
Question:	Can you open the feeder from the top
Answer:	I have been using Dr. Remedy nail polish for over a year and have NOT had a re-occurrence of toe nail fungus. The polish does not cure the fungus, but it is my understanding, it has ingredients that DO NOT contribute to the growth of nail fungus. Other preventative measures should be put in to practice as well. Check WebMD for those.
Question:	Does this let the food flow into the dish without having to shake it
Answer:	It peels off within the same day!!!

Answer:	You can take it out of the pool when kids are swimming. My kids are 7 & 9 and they don't bother it.

Answer:	The company states that they do not participate in animal testing of any kind however, I could not find any information to support that they do not use products from companies that do test, for the ingredients in their products. I could also not find them on the Leaping Bunny list of cruelty free nail polish. So I say no, they are not cruelty free.
Question:	Does food come out if you shake the machine? My cat figured out to feed himself constantly by doing this with our current timed feeder
