Question:	Any suggestions how to cover the floor of the pen? We have carpet and wouldn't want our dog on it
Answer:	We have ours on linoleum, so that's not an issue for us. Maybe you could get a linoleum remnant or a floor mat that has a rubber bottom? The pens are very light, so if your dog is heavier, he/she could move it by jumping up on it or pushing it. Our puppies are only a couple of pounds, so they can't, but I know a heavier dog could.
Question:	Does this fold FLAT, for easy transportation? I need to easily put it in the truck which pulls a small camper trailer

Answer:	How do you have it set up? It would depend on how you are thinking about putting it together. You would need some brackets to keep it next to the wall.

Answer:	The pads that come with it work well on different types of hard surfaced floors. No problems on carpet. If you have a puppy that is going to use training pads we have used the inexpensive vinyl table cloths on the floor or carpet before putting the playpen down. This almost insures that any leaks from the pads do not get on the surface you are protecting. We have purchased them at many of the job lot type stories for $1.99 even .99 cents. They may not look attractive due to the design but it sure saves allot of work and are disposable if they get a rip in the material.
Question:	What can be used to separate the space
Answer:	Hello, dif you want to separate the space, you may be able to use a storage bin lid. It is preferred to purchase an additional one. This way you can close the access door or separate the bedding from the food and pad area.

Answer:	It's 37 x37 inches so almost 9feet of space inside. I bought it to stop my dog from peeing on the edge of the pad. Plenty of room for all 3 of my small dogs. Answer:	NO. Being that this is a soft crate I'm not sure that locks would be of any use. I am using this for my Golden Retriever puppy and he likes being in it. He chewed off one of the tabs that holds it together when folded ( he had a little fit) but he respects the zippers. It's quite sturdy for a soft crate and is easy to move in and out of my Subaru.

Question:	Does this fold up when its not being used
Answer:	2 Panels can be folded back to back and the width and height will be the same as one panel but twice as thick. A rod can be inserted at both ends to keep the 2 panels together. Alternatively 4 panels can be connected back-to-back (total 2 panel length) and the total length will be 50 1/2 inches. But the problem with this is that the whole thing must be kept straight but you will not able to put a rod in the middle of the sections so things will be quite wiggly. However we have used these up to 12 sections long to protect, for instance, a Christmas Tree for the past 15ish years and they are great.When not in use I fold them into 1 panel width (2 panels) and lean them against the wall in the garage. Then I can “harvest” as many as I needs when the young grandchildren come to visit. I wish there was something similar for the older grandchildren (with soundproofing). All-in-all they are great for their purpose.
Question:	I need an access door,can you pull the pin on one of the panels and open it like a door, then use velcro strips to reattach it for future openings
Answer:	you can pull the pin out and us as a door; I am unsure if Velcro strips will work to reattach for future openings. However the pin does pull out easily enough to pull it and access the pen - etc.

Answer:	I just use the 42x42 size welping pads sold also sold at Amazon. If you have a larger dog, put a plastic bag under the welping pad. Otherwise, it doesn't leak through. I have little 4.5 pound dogs that go in my pen. I absolutely love this system!

I have seen some beautiful ones for indoors that are pretty long and can house more than one dog if necessary.

Answer:	If the dog is content being contained it would be fine. It's plastic, sturdier than I thought it would be and retains its shape well. I use it as a place to feed an elderly Boxer so she doesn't have friends trying to steal a bite because she eats slowly. She's big and she has room for a feeding dish and a place to lie down but I don't leave her in there as you would if it was used as a crate. A Cocker would have room for food and water and a bed.

Answer:	I just received mine. Some had a bit of an issue staying closed. I found if I opened the case and bent the clips inward, they latched much better.
