Question:	Does this fold up when its not being used
Answer:	2 Panels can be folded back to back and the width and height will be the same as one panel but twice as thick. A rod can be inserted at both ends to keep the 2 panels together. Alternatively 4 panels can be connected back-to-back (total 2 panel length) and the total length will be 50 1/2 inches. But the problem with this is that the whole thing must be kept straight but you will not able to put a rod in the middle of the sections so things will be quite wiggly. However we have used these up to 12 sections long to protect, for instance, a Christmas Tree for the past 15ish years and they are great.When not in use I fold them into 1 panel width (2 panels) and lean them against the wall in the garage. Then I can “harvest” as many as I needs when the young grandchildren come to visit. I wish there was something similar for the older grandchildren (with soundproofing). All-in-all they are great for their purpose.
Question:	I need an access door,can you pull the pin on one of the panels and open it like a door, then use velcro strips to reattach it for future openings

Answer:	I just use the 42x42 size welping pads sold also sold at Amazon. If you have a larger dog, put a plastic bag under the welping pad. Otherwise, it doesn't leak through. I have little 4.5 pound dogs that go in my pen. I absolutely love this system!

Answer:	I'm not positive, but I would think so, since the panels all come in one string and the ends can be put together to make a pen. You would just attach the end of panel set 1 to the beginning of panel set 2, and then close it off by attaching the end of panel set 2 to the beginning of panel set 1 to make a pen. Or just leave one long straight set of panels by just attaching the two panel sets in the first spot.Hope this helps!

Bunnies can hop on top of an object inside the pen (like their hay box), and then hop out... they're mischievous sometimes. > 36" tall is a safe bet, and 42" or 48" tall is super duper safe.

Answer:	Since this Q was last answered 3 years ago, I thought folks might appreciate a more current (and correct) answer. As of January 2017, you can order this pen in 5 different heights and with or without a door. Click the "height" option to select the proper height for your dog; then click on "color:black w/door" to select the color and whether you want a door. If you are unsure of which height is right for your dog, scroll through the pictures at the top of the page. The very last pictures tells you the maximum height your dog should be for that particular height. For example, the 24" pen, on the last picture, says it's for dogs up to 16" tall. Another great feature of this pen is the company also sells separately a mesh top for the pen that provides shade for your pup if you are using it outside in the sun. It says it provides "extra protection" as well; however, if you live in an area with coyotes, like I do, NEVER EVER leave your precious pup unattended for even 1 minute without a fully enclosed minimum 6' fence!!! I got my daughter a 24" with door for her dachshund puppy. The purpose is so little puppy won't have to stay in her crate several hours every day while daughter is at college. I'll order the top next spring when the snow is gone so puppy can play outside-- with daughter in attendance--until we get our fence built next summer. HTH prospective buyers! :-)

Question:	Any suggestions how to cover the floor of the pen? We have carpet and wouldn't want our dog on it
Answer:	We have ours on linoleum, so that's not an issue for us. Maybe you could get a linoleum remnant or a floor mat that has a rubber bottom? The pens are very light, so if your dog is heavier, he/she could move it by jumping up on it or pushing it. Our puppies are only a couple of pounds, so they can't, but I know a heavier dog could.

Answer:	the length on the xl is a good size for me, I am 5'7 and the arm length goes over half of my hand. The length on the body is halfway on the glutes area, it doesn't shrink much from washing so I should've purchased a large instead of an xl. I also weigh 180 last time I checked? Answer:	NO. Being that this is a soft crate I'm not sure that locks would be of any use. I am using this for my Golden Retriever puppy and he likes being in it. He chewed off one of the tabs that holds it together when folded ( he had a little fit) but he respects the zippers. It's quite sturdy for a soft crate and is easy to move in and out of my Subaru.

Has lots of other uses as well (i.e. keeping chickens out of your vegetable garden is one I've discovered!)

The Petyard Stages 4-Panel is a safe, portable containment area. The four-panel Petyard Stages is brown in color, encloses up to 7 square feet of space and is 26" high. The lightweight plastic panels snap together for easy setup.

Easy to Assemble

Setting up the Petyard Stages is easy. Simply pull the panels out of the box, carefully unfold and connect them together to form a play yard. To assemble, lift up on one panel while pressing down on the other. The pin on either end of the panel will sit perfectly in the plunger for a secure fit. When you hear the click, your Petyard Stages is ready to go!

Question:	Can you buy more than one and hook them together to create larger space
Answer:	Yes, as many as you wish, however stability will be an issue unles you set them up in a circular or multi sided shape. Especially for larger dogs. You might drive some metal fence stakes in the ground if you are trying to create a semi permanent straight run.

Answer:	What is the lenght of the panels
Question:	Can this hold a 60 pound german shepherd? and does it stay in place
Answer:	I would say yes that it would hold a 60lb shepherd. There are rods between each panel that extend into the ground to secure it in place However, if it is on a hard surface, other means to anchor it would have to be looked into i.e. mounting brackets. We purchased this for pugs but we do also have a German Shepherd who would stay in but she is not a jumper. If your shepherd is not a jumper you would likely find this an excellent product as we do.
Question:	Can I use this indoor to keep my Goldendoodle in vs. using a crate while I am away at work
Answer:	These pens are not flimsy and can be used inside as well as outside. However, but you will not be able to secure it with the rods provided unless you can put the pen onto some kind of base that you can put holes in so you don't damage your floor. We do not have a base so we put the rods across the sections and twist tie them to secure the pen and this works well inside for our pugs. I am not sure how big and playful your Goldendoodles are so I am not sure what the best securing method would be for you. I really like Precision pens myself and plan to add more to the 3 sets I have already.

Answer:	Midwest cannot recommend using multiple tops for the ex-pens, as there would not be any support at the center where the tops come together.

Answer:	Mine fits exactly to the metal 4x4, plastic would be thicker and would most likely be about an inch too much to sit down on it. Probably would not work...jp

Answer:	It is designed to fit a 4 X 4 pen. However it folds in half and I have used it on a 2 X 4 configuration when I don’t have room to set up the full 4 X 4 pen.

Answer:	I put it outside one day after it rained and it was fine. It’s like a rain jacket material....I wouldn’t suggest consistently putting it out while it’s wet
