Question:	Dog size, 42” or 48” for a 75lb shepherd
Answer:	48”. Our shepherd is 80 lb and he has room in this one. It is the only crate that has worked for him. He figured out how to open the door on all the others.
Question:	For those who use this with large dogs: have you found that the small sized door and the side placement makes it difficult to get them in the crate
Answer:	I have found that the size and placement of the door are not an issue. However, if you plan to use this for a small dog, you should be aware the it is on casters, which elevates the floor about two inches, and could be an issue for a very small dog, or a dog with short legs and possibly a weight problem. This crate secures my 80 lb Dutch Shepherd, a police K9, without difficulty.
Question:	I love it but want to get larger casters for it. They look like 3/8-16 but they could be a metric thread. What thread size are the casters
Answer:	The best way to answer that question is to remove one of the casters and take it to a hardware store to verify it’s size.
Question:	What is the return policy on this crate
Answer:	I tried to contact the company direct but no luck....not worth the money.
Question:	This is for a 7lb maltese. this should work? how many trays? can the trays be placed inside the crate. the wire bottom is not comfortable. thanks
Answer:	We made the purchase for our 80 lb Rottweiler puppy and he has lots of space, so I’m sure your Maltese will feel like they are in a mansion. We like the crate however the bottom will need a mat or tray to cover the grates on the floor. The trays come out and are used as more of a catch all between the crate floor and the base(if that makes sense).
Question:	I need one for my small 12 Lb doxin. What is the smallest you have like this crate
Answer:	This would be a palace to a dachshund, but it would work great. I got this crate because my dog forced her way out of two welded-wire crates. you may not need a crate this tough.
Question:	Is the bottom mesh floor removable

Question:	I am concerned our high anxiety dog could figure out the opening top. Is there a heavy duty crate that opens on the end and not the side
Answer:	We purchased the roof style for that exact reason, our guy is an escape artist and has separation anxiety. He has not been able to open any of the doors and therefore can not escape from this cage.
