Answer:	The guide says 5 and I would agree especially if he's on larger size or has a long snout! We have a 3 and a 4 for our 48 pound wheaten terrier and both fit but 4 is really little big, and the 4 fits our 81 pound boxer too. So if your dog is on smaller side maybe the 4, either way it will still work properly and have enough room around neck.

Answer:	I can’t seem to get the correct size... From the chart he is a 5 but I had to return that one cause it was big got a size 4 and still seems to be big. It’s a bit difficult to tighten the front part has this weird thread that is twisted it was twisted when I purchased I’m trying to figure out how to fix it.... I might need a size 3 but my dog is 50 lbs! I think these muzzles run big...
