This did not come with a harness, and I felt the harness was almost necessary because the dog didn't choke from suddenly leaping forward and it was easier on my shoulder--less strain if you have an active dog. I bought the harness separately and I am not seeing a brand. It was mesh fabric like Sketchers shoes uses, so breathable, spread the stress, and washable . Over time (couple of years) the cord can fray and snap, but even with using the retractable leash while bicycle riding and sometimes having the dog pull me and the bicycle - it has held up well |
