Answer:	Unfortunately I have not been impressed with these. It comes with batteries already in hooks. Plus 3 more packets. It looks like they last 6-8 hours.

Answer:	it is light enough for a small dog or puppy

Answer:	I don't know the max weight but my shepard is pushing a 100 lbs and it's holding up to him pretty well. No raveling or stretching and he has a jerk that'll take you off your feet!

Answer:	I have a 110lb shepard. It depends what you use it for. I use mine for training and walking. We live more rural, no sidewalks so when I walk I use the 30ft for both and it works well.

Answer:	OMG! I think my dog (Golden Retriever-90 lbs. at 17 months) weighed more than that at birth! To be honest, I think it would be too heavy and too long.

This a a 1/4" poly rope with a handle on one end and a small metal ring on the other with which you can create a "choke" type collar. Question:	is this ok for a small to medium size dog - under 25lbs
Answer:	What I like about these leashes is that they are wider and have a sturdy handle. I have a 10ft for daily walking in the woods and the 30ft for training. My dog weighs around 27 lbs, but she is a very active Cocker Spaniel. The width is what counts versus those very thin leashes which tangle and aren't as strong. I highly recommend them.
Question:	Is there a weight restriction for this leash? Tried another 50ft leash and 5 month, 40lb golden pup snapped it on first use and she's not a puller
Answer:	My puppy is 35 lbs. & does fine. I've had 4 yellow labs, all over 100 lbs. and I doubt they could break this. It's really sturdy. I don't tether my puppy though. I just let her run around freely chasing toys (with supervision, of course). I can always grab the leash if she tries to run away. It works great! Wish I would have thought of this when I had my lab puppies.
Question:	My dogs harness has two attachment points the the front and behind his head which would the the better spot attach this lead to
Answer:	The dog trainers I have spoken to about this say to attach the leash in the front. That way a pull on the leash directs the dog's attention towards you.
Question:	Does this leash float? Want it so 80lb+ Labrador can play in the ocean, but I'm worried the leash could tangle around his legs
Answer:	No, the leash doesn't float. However, I bought it in bright orange, so it is easy to see. I take my dog/puppy to the beach with it attached to her harness to play in the water. However, she doesn't go in deep (I would be wary of seaweed entanglement). Occasionally, it may wrap around her leg, if she turns in circles. I just watch her and unwrap as necessary. In general, it doesn't tangle and easily untangles. She'll step out of a wrap around on shore, if she stops long enough, as it will loosen and drop. The handle is comfortable to hold, even when they pull on it. Works for large dogs... very strong. Always supervise your dog.

Answer:	This lead is strong but controlling a large, strong dog depends upon the brawn of the trainer too! You may want a lead that is a little wider with a heavier latch if you are concerned that your dog is too heavy. But this is a well made lead that appears to be quite strong.
Question:	Is it cotton webbing or polypropolene
Answer:	It's cotton webbing, be careful if your dog gets a hold of it. Can be chewed through very easily but it's still the best training lead out there.

Answer:	I used this for an 85 lb gsd, a 110 lb rottie and my daughters pit mix so i don't think you will have an issue. The nylon and the latch are pretty strong.

Answer:	I suppose it depends on what you plan on doing. A 30 or 50 ft leash is good for regular walks, going to the beach, lake, or park. I'm guessing a 50 or 100 ft leash could be used for training or playing fetch. It all depends on what you plan to do keep in mind the longer the leash the more you'll have to keep track of.
