Question:	I'm in Portugal how do i switch the maps to Europe, Please someone help me Thanks
Answer:	My experience, two years ago (and things may have changed) is that Garmin's maps, at least for Spain and France, are so inaccurate as to be a hazard. At least at that time their satellite system worked perfectly for North America and miserably for Europe. A TomTom, which I found problematic in the US, works wonderfully in Europe. My advice, ask before using. Unless things have changed, the Garmin will steer you wrong at least 50 percent of the time. It is annoying and even dangerous. Ask a taxi driver. I have never found one in Spain who uses Garmin, and there must be a reason for that.
Question:	Can I use this device in Brazil? With Brazilian maps
Answer:	As long as you have the Brazil maps there whould not be a problem. I have used mine in SE Asia as well as the Middle East

Answer:	my garmin has the map of all of italy and western and eastern europe

Answer:	It only has two cities in Mexico (border towns) and nothing further south in Latin America. So it really does not cover all of North America. Very disappointing, since I expected to be able to use it during our upcoming trip to Cabo.

Question:	I have a clumber spaniel/chihuahua mix that is about 11lbs... She has a long back, almost like a weiner dog. Will she be comfy in the backpack
Answer:	I have an 8 1/2 lb Yorkie mix who is about 19 inches long (a little more than that) from head to butt and about 10 inches tall. She likes to curl up in the pack and is comfortable. I just took her on a hike 2 weekends ago & she had no problems. That being said, I am not sure how long your little pup is and she may be cramped. The inside approximate dimensions are 12 by 11 inches at the base (when opening up the smaller extension but not opening up the largest extension with mesh) & it is about 14 inches tall at the highest point if any of that information helps.
Question:	will it support the dog while on your back while extended
Answer:	I am noticing as she gets heavier it is starting to sag more even unopened. Have thought of reinforcing it with something. I don't think it would hold a 22# dog as it said it would. I think to extend it, it might help to close the extra zipper which gives it a little more room. Still happy with it and she loves it. She weighs about 10# now. Think it would work great for a tiny breed. She is a 4 mo. mini schnauzer.

Answer:	YES most definitely!! I have used it now several times for my Pomeranian who is 1 ft tall and 11lbs and the way I fit it under the seat is ..once on the floor of the airplane, unzip the front pouch, my Pom knows to come forward and at that point I push the top of the bag under the seat. it works perfect. I take my Pom everywhere in it, keeps hands free for tickets, other luggage when first checking in, food etc. I can't think of a better way to travel with my boy. I do use a different one for my girl as she is a little claustrophobic (Prefer Pets Backpack) but I prefer Zanies as it has an outside zippered pouch where I keep his treats and chew sticks which also has a spot for a water bottle. I have also "rigged" it so that I can carry all of my necessities while in flight on the back like wallet, eyeglasses, gum, small book etc. since you are only allowed two carry-on items and I have to stash my purse in my carry-on suitcase...works like a charm.(p.m. me for details)

Question:	Can I use this to team lift a large arthritic dog into and out of a bath
Answer:	I would say no, unless the dog has good strength in the front legs, my lab has hard time getting up on her back legs and problems going you steps. We us our shower to bath her, shower is stand up and not part of the bathtub

Answer:	Just bought one for my doberman with bad back legs and it did not work at all. It just bunches up near the flanks due to the dog being barrel chested.

Answer:	We leave it on her during the day then take it off at night for bedtime. I'll sometimes take it off during the day if I'm going to be gone from home for more than just a few hours. She doesn't seem bothered by it either way and it's easy to slide right under her to put it back on. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	My husband is 5'11" & 260 and I ordered the 48". They have plenty of room for adjustment. These are the best suspenders I've found.

Answer:	Hi! At 5'9" we recommend going up a size to 48 to be safe. You would be maxing out on a 42 and if you are long in the torso or on the large size on your torso the 42 might not fit. Since you can make suspenders shorter but not longer it is always safer to go up in size. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Yes, my cat is a 17lb, Norwegian Forest breed. I use the 24" plastic carrier.
Question:	Is it big enought for a BIG kitty. My biggest cat is 22 lbs and is 23" long, not counting his tail, and 14" tall. I can't find one to fit him! Help
Answer:	I just measured the inside of mine and it's 22" long (max), 13 1/2 h and 13" wide - a tight fit for your kitty. I would agree with several of your other responders -ok for short distances, though would avoid for longer distances. You want your best friends to be more than comfortable. (mine inside measures 22"l x 13.5"w and 13"h. Personally, I would opt to the next size up.
Question:	my cat is about 14 lbs and difficult to handle - is this pet mate two door top load an easy loading carrier
Answer:	I have a 12.7 lb cat that went in so easy from the top. I put it in the car first.(back seat) I propped the top door open against the seat and he went right in. At the Vets office I had to wait in the exam room for a bit and opened the top,while sitting next to my chair, and he popped his head out the top and I just pet him while we were waiting. He's usually afraid, but I think because the top was open he felt better. My Vet even commented on how nice it was and even asked about where I had gotten it. I love this carrier!

Answer:	These crates are not approved for use with any airline in the United States. Not Carried on or checked below, because of the top opening. Not because the crate is defective. They just don’t like that design for the airlines.

Answer:	We got the xlg for a 100 lb. Lab and it's the best money we've ever spent. So my guess would be, small for a 15 lb dog. It is adjustable too. I hope this helps.

Question:	How do you prevent pee from getting all over this
Answer:	For a female dog there is no issue of pee getting on it. For a male dog you cannot place the Loobani all the way back as it covers the dogs PP and either cannot go or will pee on the loobani. I place it right in front of my dogs private parts and it is able to give him some support if needed but it is not true rear end support. This unlike rear harness does not dig into your dog. my male is so sensitive that a rear harness drives his nerve endings crazy and he will not walk with it, this makes it possible to help him, at least for the moment to some extent.
