Answer:	Unfortunately (and surprisingly), it doesn’t come with a spoon, but I found a nice silver one at William Sonoma for $3.99.

Question:	How do you relink the remote to the collar? My collar stopped responding to the remote. Its got a full charge and i tried both #1 and #2 settings
Answer:	I found instructions for this on page 13 of the owner's manual, step #6. 1."Take receiver off pet and turn off. Restart, press and hold the On/Off Button until the green and red LED flashing alternately. This continues for 30 seconds, within which pairing should be completed. 2. Press and hold the Tone and Vibra buttons on the remote at the same time until the green LED light on the receiver flashes rapidly 5 times, indicating pairing is completed."
Question:	Does the 16 shock levels compare with devices that have 120+ levels? Dog's trainer recommending a device that is $234! but lots more neg feedback
Answer:	This collar is all you need for training your dog. I do not use the shock mode unless it is absolutely necessary. I have a Belgium Malinois, very active, and he is being trained mostly with the vibration mode. I get his attention at 1st with the beep tone, if he doesn’t listen, then I go to the vibration mode. I had to use the shock mode a few times at the beginning, but now he knows what comes next after the vibration. The battery stays charge for about 2 weeks, takes 4 hours to re-charge. It is water proof, good thing because my dog loves to jump in the pond, every day! So far, so good, good training tool. Recommend that patience is utilized when training your dog with collar, don’t use the shock mode, unless necessary. I kept the shock level at 12, try the collar on your arm at level 2 before putting on your dog, will make you think twice about putting the level to high for your dog, Love your dog, don’t abuse your doggy!
Question:	The shock feature on my collar has stopped working. Tone and vibrate are still functional. How can this be fixed
Answer:	This has also happened to my collar. After about two months the shocking functionality stopped, but tone and vibrate work fine.
Question:	How many miles/feet/yards can this reach
Answer:	They claim 3000 feet which is over 1/2 mile. It probably depends on the terrain in your area. I've only used it within a couple hundred yards, but trust it to work further.

Answer:	It is flexable and you can twist it. Also very durable and not so soft. It is holding up very well when my dog scratches at it which was a problem with other collars holding up. Leather collars may be strong but getting it wet starts to break it down. Metal buckle by far better than most plastics.

Question:	I have a Havanese, what size colar should I get
Answer:	The shock works through the rubber boots which is awesome compared to a lot of cheaper e-collars. I just wish the prongs were longer so I wouldn't need to put the collars on so tightly to try get the prongs to make contact on the skin through their fur with some of my German Shepherds. And not being able to see the display to adjust shock settings outside in the daylight really annoys me.
