Answer:	This did NOT fit under the airline seat of Alligiant. It was a few inches to high. I ended up cutting carefully along the frame and removed the metal frame(s) front and back and the material held up excellent considering. So, this made it "collapsible" and it fit under the seat. ( Suggestion to KOPEKS) However, I wouldn't suggest cutting out the frames for buyers.

Answer:	It's not the airline, it's the plane model. I have not had a problem fitting this under seats. Here's what you have to do. Believe it or not, you want a middle seat. Middle seats have the widest area. Aisle seats are out of the question. Some windows are ok. Don't chance it. The carrier is squishy enough to give you a little push down, as long as your pet is ok with that. After takeoff and landing, I usually move the carrier out a little. Sometimes if it's tight, I conveniently place my coat or sweater over the carrier with my legs on either side. If you are in the middle it is not as obvious to a passing by attendant.

Answer:	As my dog was declining he was able to urinate while in the wheelchair. I did not observe him to defecate but it may be that he was dying and not hardly eating anything at all.

That worked for me. bc trying to hold her up with one hand and adjust the device ...not easy task. but if youve got another person available to help that would be great. hope this helped. Answer:	I believe it depends on the dog, his condition and environment. My dog apparently was near his end (16 years old) when I got him the wheelchair and he passed away about 4 months after. The most he was able to do was a simple 1 level threshold through the sliding glass door onto the patio. I wish you and your best friend happy times learning how to manage a wheelchair together.

Answer:	We ordered size large for $389 and yes, it came with stirrups. FYI this is an amazingly designed apparatus. My husband put it together w/o using any instructions (can't say that I would have been able to) This is worth every penny!!! Answer:	The dimension of the carrier will vary by airline, not specifically sure about Delta, but we had some responses from other customers had experienced bringing the carrier onto planes by "squish" down to fit under the seat.

Answer:	It might be. I currently travel with a carrier with the same dimensions except this one is a bit higher. Mine is 10.5H this one is 13.5H. I cant remember how much space I had left underneath. I was able to move my legs comfortably. And no carrier will ever fulfill the infamous “pet must stand, turn around and lie comfortably” mainly because airlines never check and even if they do, pets will never follow commands of such nature from a stranger take for example, my cats. So dont even worry about that.. its all a lie to scare people from traveling with their pets.

Forelimb Strength & the Towel Test: 

Your pet must be able to walk strongly on its front legs, with its back held in a level position. Use the “towel test” to determine whether or not the above is possible. If you have a small dog or cat we suggest you take an old towel, cut two holes in it, and place the legs through the holes. Remembering to keep the back level, see if your pet will walk normally. This action simulates our cart support system. If you have a large dog, a towel under each hind leg is an easier way to do the “towel test”.

Answer:	Hello! Excellent question. The tail can hang below or above the back bar and most pets can wag their tails without any interference. The distance this bar sticks out varies for each pet as some are atrophied in the rear and have more room between them and the support rings while others fill them out more. The back bar sticks out approximately 2-3" from the support rings. If you find the back bar interferes with your pets tail we are more than happy to make a custom one for you. ~ K9 Carts

Answer:	Hello Kathryn,Thank you for inquiring about a K9 Cart for your Golden Retriever. Yes, your pet will be able to urinate and defecate while in the cart. The cart will support the rear end at the normal standing height but the supportive leg rings are flexible and he/she will have the sensation of squatting and can semi spread their legs while in the cart to eliminate. Is your dog female or male? The supportive rings are covered with closed cell foam and have a gap to allow feces, and or females, urine to fall through. If you have a male pet, the penis will be forward of the supportive rings, so they won't interfere at all. Now, if a little urine or feces does happen to splash onto the supportive rings, you can wipe them clean and since the foam is closed cell it won't absorb into them. Once we receive your order we can typically ship in 1-2 business days. The carts are built to order and proudly made at our shop in Washington State. Answer:	I don’t know but it fits great in front of your seat while traveling in coach
Question:	how do I get replacement parts
Answer:	It has 3 straps: one on each side which can be connected over the top so it can be carried by hand and a longer strap which can be attached at either end. If connected at both ends it becomes a shoulder strap. If only connected at one end (leaving the other in loose), you can use it to pull the carrier behind you as long as the wheels are on it. Be aware that uneven weight distribution can cause the carrier to drift from one side to the other when being pulled by the strap. Just pay attention to it so you don’t bang into doorways or anything off to the side. I absolutely love this carrier and wish I had bought one years ago.
