Answer:	This is absolutely a fantastic bag. I have many bags for my five Pound beautiful Maltese, whom I have taken everywhere with me for five years. I've only been busted once. This bag zips from the bottom of each side, over-the-top. The top is not meshed for ventilation. The only ventilation meshes are on the side -ends of the bag. The bag has fantastic pockets on the sides for storage. It's a little heavier than some of my other bags, but as far as really sneaking him into restaurants, this bag is great. I actually put a “curtain” on one side of the bag to further hide him. I'll try to figure out how to send pictures.

Answer:	I’m not sure. I looked for the tag but could not find it. It feels more like polyurethane, but I’m not sure, but it’s soft and durable. I’ve had mine for a couple of years and use it all the time for my 5 pound Maltese. If your dog is any bigger than 5 pounds, I do not recommend it because the pet compartment area is kind of small. This is a fantastic bag and I’m very happy with it. It has two big pockets on the front and back, to allow you to put your own stuff. It conceals the dog very well, and I have smuggled my little Maltese everywhere with me in this bag.

I have a small chihuahua 4 pounds, is long enough for her to lay on the bottom of the bag , and tall enough for her to be stand BUT let me tell you this the bag is kind of flimsy, not hard enough to hold your 7-10 pound Chinese crested. It was enough to take my dog to Mexico by plane, the airline measurements for dog carriers are extremely small than the average airlines, so this was the smallest bag that I found, that was the ONLY reason that made me buy it, this bag is so flexible (flimsy) so it allowed me to push the top of it to fit under my seat. and a few weeks ago the shoulder straps ripped off so I had to fix them in order to keep using the bag (window time to return it is close). The material that is made of is so plastic and has a chemical smell that stay in the bag for many days.
