Answer:	I found that using self-rising flour and Tapioca starch flour works great - "fluffs" up the treats into more min ball shape using the self-rising flour. Lots of recipes online. The Key is to make it a waffle or pancake batter consistency so you can spread it. I found that spreading with my fingers first - then use a pastry dough cutter to clean it up worked best for me.
Question:	Can you Store in your your car
Answer:	I would say yes, on the top rack. Since it is oven safe up to 446°F and a dishwasher does not get anywhere near that hot it should be fine.
Question:	What is the size for large. USA terms
Answer:	Yes, The mat is to limp to carry to and from the oven without some support.
Question:	Does this have a problem with mold
Answer:	Probably. UNFortunately isn’t everything?! Ughhhh
