Answer:	I would say yes, it should fit most of us. I am 5'6" and ~300 lbs with 60+" hip circumference. I was afraid it wouldn't fit my hips, but it fits just fine. I normally wear a 26-28 or 28-30 women's plus size or a 3x-4x t-shirt. Now... it is not a long poncho, so it won't keep pants, skirts dry during heavy rains or high winds (it comes down about to the knees rather than the calves). It's more for light rain wear. But as long as there are not high winds and heavy rain it should be fine.

How to let furry baby take it easy

Teach your dog to have a positive association with the raincoat before he wears them by pulling out the rain jacket and treating your pet just for looking at the rain outfit. Answer:	Would go with an extra-small. Bought a small for my 6 lbs chi & had to Modify(shorten) the straps to fit. Very nice jacket!
