Answer:	The longer rod will definitely help with distance. I haven’t tried to long cast with it, but I have regularly “flicked” it around 20yds with a 1/8oz jig. It’s a great rod but not sure the tip would take the amount of force required to get 40yd casts. Just not designed for it in my opinion. 40 yds is an extremely long cast for light lures.

Answer:	I don't do anything. My cat "paws" at it, just a little, then more food comes down. If I keep the bowl full by helping her she overeats.

Answer:	It's a very sturdy plastic material. I can put a full 10lb bag of food in it & it holds well. I do have to shake it when my cats eat the food in the bowl part bc it gets wedged in the hole but not to the point where the food won't come out. The bowl is a good 6" circumference so it's big enough for both my cats to eat at the same time. It's easy to take apart & clean too. Definitely a good buy if you feed your pet freely. I work crazy hours so it's nice I can fill it for a week or two without worrying abt them not eating. Hope this helps!

Question:	What is the diameter of the insert holes on the large size feeder
Answer:	My former cat broke into my old C50 model on my first trip using it. He was a very smart cat. Current cat is dumb even for a cat and hasn't figured it out yet.
Question:	I can't get my legs on
Answer:	I do. For example, I feed once a day at 8am (they eat free dry all day). I fill all six slots and press START. Slot 0 is exposed and counts for day one. Then the next day the machine automatically at 8 am turns to open the next slot of kibble. At the end of six days (slot 6 has been exposed) I open to refill the food and hit START again to start another 6 days of feeding.
Question:	Would the large size or xl be more suitable for a golden retriever? i think a large is enough but if anyone has input, it would be greatly appreciated
Answer:	Use the ADJ/SET button to realign the bowl. NEVER EVER try to realign the bowl by attempting to move the bowl manually, this can seriously damage the mechanism.

Question:	I have bought this track 2 times. The ball keeps coming out of the track and we are unable to find it. Can you send another ball or track
Answer:	I had the first version and didn't have any problems with cat food getting stuck... However. Version 2 has a deflector (removable) over the hole to prevent to much food from falling in the hole and jamming it up. Now the food enters from the sides. (Similar to a sink drain)
Question:	how do you put this turbo track together
Answer:	I have one of those and the battery is really good. Mine works even if there is no internet connection if there is a feeding already schedule. It just doesn’t connect to your app and it shows it is offline.
Question:	I would like to get just the straight sections, is there anywhere to order replacement parts? I have 3 sets and the ball gets stuck at the "bridge
Answer:	No, it doesn’t. It will notify you that there was a missed feeding while the unit is off-line. You cannot reconnect the feeder unless you are directly in front of it. So there’s no way to reconnect while you are away from home.
Question:	I know ball can roll out an open end, but Will ball come out of track if it's lifted up
Answer:	Our first generation won’t dispense either. The wheel inside has eroded and no longer pulls food down. Email support hasn’t responded. Really bad business practice, especially since we were early adopters of the PetNet system.
