Answer:	I have 7 cats and 2 of these Toys. 2 of my cats don’t usually play with toys but love this one. They have never gotten the balls out. 2 of my cats are large and strong - 20 & 21 pounds. Answer:	The body of the mouse is about one and a half inches long. The tail adds about an extra inch and a half. Very life sized, light, & silent (no crinkly sound or bells inside). My cats love swatting these around. They have catnip inside.

Answer:	They are filled with white plush stuffing. My cat has about 20 of these and has only ripped up 1 or 2. Pretty well made and she loves them.

Answer:	I cut the tails off before I give them to my cats, and I strongly suggest you do too. I have noticed at least one of my cats tugging at the tail, but even if I hadn't seen that I would still cut the tails off. Better safe than sorry.

Answer:	Yes. Didn't realize until after purchase. Says "designed in the USA. Made in China" in tiny print on the back of the package. Also says "Manufactured for Worldwise, Inc, Novato CA"...My cats have ignored this toy even though both love catnip & one loves balls. I was disappointed they didn't like it but now that I see it's made in China I'm kinda glad.

Answer:	We cut the tails off because my cats have tried eating through the tails and then it's just like gobbling a string. They've never tried to just eat the whole toy though and it's a bit too big to do that anyway.

Answer:	Yes, the toxins are free as they do not charge for them. On an actual note, it's doubtful that customers would know if any of these toys contain toxins and certainly would not have purchased them if they did know of any toxic material(s). The manufacturer is likely to be unaware of them IF they contain toxic substance(s) as it would be illegal to sell them. As with any pet items, one has to go on the blind faith that our FDA continually & randomly inspects cargo that contains pet items imported from China. However, this is done very, very infrequently. What I would direct you to are to look at several reviews that indicate some if the items can become unsafe for your cat/kitten, especially the dental. Because I purchased an item (night time sticks) for my adult daughter's cats that they absolutely LOVED, I have come back to order additional items. There are a few thousand more reviews since I made that purchase, and I have noted that several indicate toys that were or became unsafe, including the night sticks (sharp areas causing blood in one cat's mouth), and I'm going to steer clear of those -- please read the "Outside the USA" reviews, as well. The ONLY reason I am even considering making another purchase after reading reviews about these unsafe items is because the catnip that is used must've the most potent available, and her cats have shown virtually zero interest in other brands of catnip-filled toys. Based upon the reviews I've read, I would steer clear of the dental toys altogether as those seem to be the vast majority of the culprits.

Question:	Can the tunnel be washed in an automatic washer
Answer:	Since there’s a huge springy coil throughout the tunnel, I don’t think that would be a good idea. Just use a wet rag and spot clean it, but mine has never gotten dirty at all and my two use it daily. They love the sound of it and all the openings that they can go through. And my cats are big and nine months old.
Question:	Does this tear easily? I want to get this for both my ferrets and my cat, but they like to tear things apart so I'm worried about getting it
Answer:	My cats have chewed on it, run through it, jumped on it without a tear. They love it and it keeps them busy.
Question:	Does the kitten included
Answer:	Sorry, No kitten included, but check your local Humane Society or Rescue for a furry feline friend to love.

Question:	Is the wand retractable
Answer:	I agree with Holly, I don't think washing it would be a good idea! Our banana's have got pretty grubby due to our cats licking and chewing and wrestling with them but the enjoyment factor hasn't wained. Again, while I haven't tried cleaning them in fear of them loosing their catnip attraction, I thnk Holly's idea of a quick brush with plain water sounds like the way to go.Maybe a more serviceable large RED chilly pepper might be a better option - yellow doesn't take long to look a little too 'loved'!
Question:	Will the items be different than picture
Answer:	My cats are 15-16lbs and one of them's very rough, he just gnaws and crunches over and over on these and they tend to last probably 8-12 months. I'm very impressed w/ the quality personally
Question:	Does it have Catnip in any of the toys or is the catnip in a separate sack like it appears to be in the pictures

Answer:	Hi Jamie,No, these mice don't actually rattle, and they no longer come catnip-filled, but you know what...we rescued three cats after our 18 year-old cat died, and we bought $125= dollars worth of little cat toys for them - a wide variety of crinkles, rattles, catnip toys, etc. - and hands down, these mice are the one thing EVERYONE fights for. I've now come back and purchased three packets of these mice, and I still have to fish them out from under and behind every piece of furniture we own. For whatever reason, these mice are irresistible to all three of these cats. Go figure, right? But no, no rattles with these. Hope this helps!Merry Christmas,Michelle
