Answer:	I don't know what the flavoring is. However, I have a very picky cat & she doesn't seem to notice me putting it in her food. I can say that when I open the probiotics, it has a very slight food smell, but that could be from just the probiotics alone. I also notice the ingredients in this one is better than some others that I've used that contain maltodextrin (a GMO).

I have to give him heaping scoops in wet food, dry food, and I even shake it on the treats. With that level of dosage, he rarely vomits now. But I run through it so fast, it's pretty expensive. If it can, someone please enlighten me with something scientific. Answer:	I don't know about smell, as I was opening the capsule and mixing this in a bit of cat milk for my cat. The first few days went okay, but after that he would sniff and go away. I'm not sure if he noticed a smell, got tired of the milk, or noticed a slight difference in the texture. I do think that if you mixed up really well in some wet food, your kitty probably wouldn't know the difference.

Answer:	Donate to a local pet shelter if you love animals. This product is excellent. Try burying the TASTELESS powder in soft wet food, they could not detect it that way.
Question:	Why not shipping probiotics with temperature protection such as styreofoam and icepack
Answer:	This was amazing for my feral kittens with extreme diarrhea, first 3 days I did one pill sprinkled in soft food that was for 2 kittens and did it for breakfast and dinner, saw results 2 days, then I went to one a day for a couple weeks . Done , if I notice diarrhea, I just sprinkle a pill one a day til it's gone. Honestly I spent over 1500.00 on vet bills, everything under the sun to find a fix for diarrhea. This pill works

Question:	Is there a specific reason this is sold as “For cats” instead of for dogs also
Answer:	How is it not required as per manufacturer? The bottle clearly states it should be stored at 70 degrees or below. I purchased this because of your answer, but it's been shipped during our 75 and 80 degree Texas weather. Heck, it's not even 70 degrees inside my house. My dog needs these to help with kidney disease. If the bacteria are dead, the product is 100% useless.

Why Freeze Dried

We believe one of the keys to healthy eating is to buy the very best ingredients you can find and to do as little to them as possible. We chose freeze drying because its the best way to achieve this goal and provide pets with minimally processed food and treats without preservatives or additives. Instead of cooking, freeze drying uses sub-zero temperatures in a vacuum chamber to gently pull moisture out without the loss of nutrients cooking creates. Freeze drying locks in freshness and intensifies natural flavor. It also keeps food from shrinking or becoming tough as with other drying processes.

Slower is Better

It takes 18-20 hours to freeze dry foods, as compared to high heat quick cooking methods that can take just minutes. Its this long, slow, gentle process that allows us to make the healthiest treats possible.

How the process works

- Food & treats are first flash frozen

- They are placed on trays and put inside a vacuum chamber

- Low heat is applied to trays only which causes the ice crystals inside the food to turn into water vapor outside it

- Cold plates attract & collect this water vapor like metal to a magnet

- Once foods reach a low enough moisture content (generally between 1-4%), they are freeze dried & shelf stable
