Answer:	Even though it says Carpet Stain Remover, I use it on all my washable laundry items for spot stains. I also carry a folex filled travel size hair spray bottle in my purse at all times for those pesky times I get food stains on my clothing. As with most stains the sooner you can remove the stain, the better. It is the best product I have ever found and also works well with cat stains. Label contains a warning for sulfite sensitive individuals; they may experience a severe allergic reaction if exposed to this product. Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	I have utilized Folex for 6 yrs. or more and on any/everything. Various fabrics and materials; Carpets-furniture-pillows-mattress-drapes-clothing. I have not experienced any type of discoloration be it leaching, bleaching or otherwise. It leaves no physical or odor residue; needs no rincing nor clean up afteruse. I was most impressed with results when used on boxed/stored sweaters. Unknown at the time, Army contacted packers in Germany had enclosed some hand tools with the sweaters. Stored for year and before box was unpacked, an OK. tornado dropped our 2 story storage barn. When found, tools had rusted dark orange on 2 of my favorite pastel and bright colored stripes across white sweaters. Tried everything possible-no go. Answer:	My non-expert answer is that a spot is more surface and a stain is more soaked in. Folex will handle most of the small ones, 1" to 6". Others may take a stronger, more industrial application. But for quick clean up of spills and other small stains (especially recent ones) Folex works. I once went out of state and rented a room in someone's basement. The former renter was a student, and spilled drinks and food on the carpet. It took several applications and scrubbings on some spots/stains, but Folex took care of them all.

Answer:	Yes. I used it on a coil spring mattress with a slim memory foam top and just sprayed and left it on with a mattress cover over it (you could use towels as well) and just left it like that. Next time I checked the stains had disappeared. Worked perfectly.

Question:	Can we use this with Shark vacuum
Answer:	Yes, we have an interior pebble floor and this works great for a deep annual cleaning.
Question:	Does this formula foam up or is it foam free? the bissell solution i use now barely foams - that is what i'm looking for
Answer:	I would not suggest this. the bristles are very hard and meant for a deep scrub on tile or concrete, I use this on my porcelain tile. I believe Oreck had a wood floor kit with polisher./buffer.
Question:	Does this cleaner have enzymatic properties? Or do I need to use a separate enzymatic cleaner first
Answer:	I used it on concrete and it held up very well. Soak the area with extra water to help the brush move the dirt away.

Question:	Is it scented? If so, it is light or strong
Answer:	The following is a guess! It appears to be a metalic plated cast base for the shell. If so, I think the base might be some form of zinc or pot metal. It does not sound like plastic when tapped. It is completely sealed and I would have to destroy it to determine the exact material. The plating seems to stay bright over time. The color is similar to Titanium Nitride coated twist drills. It will last a long time in my electronics closet, but I won't conjecture on exterior mounting. Like any splitter, surges will destroy it. Install a lightning suppressor if using an exterior antenna.
Question:	Will this work on a velvet couch
Answer:	I am unable to measure the db loss, however I use each input and do not notice any loss of signal. Strong as ever.
