Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. I found she had been sneaking a pee on my throw rugs. Could be worse, right? Anyway, threw them in the wash with just a bit of this. They smelled like fresh laundry dried outside. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

The regular Stain & Odor Remover is more mild formula good for everyday stains & odors that you're able to catch fairly quickly. It is citrus scented. Question:	Can this remove the stains which is invisible? i bought a loftek 51 uv flashlight to detect the urine of my dogs, and found out some pet urine-stained
Answer:	Yes, it makes those stains which only show up under black light completely disappear, without any residue stain on the carpet...at least not on my carpet. I simply wet the spot at night, using my black light, until it disappears. Let it soak for an hour. Get a white towel and lay it over the wet area, walk on it to pick up as much moisture as possible. Then let it dry. Check after a few days..might have a small amount showing at edges, or something, repeat if necessary.

Answer:	I have used both and I can tell you the urine destroyer works much better on pet urine than the 'regular' formula. No idea why!

Answer:	It would depend upon where the stain is. Even though it neutralizes urine there may be a residue or lighter stain to the NAKED EYE. My guess is that if you used a black light on carpeting there would probably be a ligher stain to show where the original problem was. Good luck.

Answer:	No! I would use the hot water first on the area, and then apply liberally Simple Solution for stain and odor control.

Answer:	Well, my dog doesn't have a marking problem, but my cat had a habit of peeing in the same place if for some reason she didn't want to use the litter box or access to the litter box was blocked, and I feel pretty confident that this removes all trace because after I started using this she stopped going back to the same spot and started using her box again. Before I was cleaning the floor up with just about every cleaning solution you can imagine and it didn't seem to help, she'd just keep returning to the scene of the crime. As for the smell, it smells like a mild cleaning solution. It definitely isn't terrible, I've never been bothered by it.
Question:	What is the difference between this product and 'Simple Solution Stain & Odor Remover Gallon w/ LED Urine Finder Light'? gadget or formula diff
Answer:	I initially purchased Simple Solution's regular "Stain & Odor Remover" and then the 2nd time I purchased the "EXTREME Stain & Odor Remover" . Both are specific for pet messes such as urine, feces and vomit and include Pro-Bacteria and enzymes that break down the organic proteins to neutralize odors, however, Extreme is 3X concentrated. You don't mix either with water, both are safe around pets and children and can be used on any water safe surface. DIFFERENCES: The less concentrated one you have to let it sit for 10 minutes or more and the Extreme only 5 minutes or more. I also noticed that the regular "Stain & Odor Remover" smells good since it's less concentrated.As far as the light, it's suppose to locate areas on walls, etc, where urine is that you can't see. I havent found them useful at all since it lights up other things such as lent and other particles. You can buy them at most stores for around $5.00.

Question:	I have a full load of laundry that my cat has peed on. How do i use this product in the washing machine
Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.
Question:	Can you use it on tile floor that is on top of cement
Answer:	I don't see why not. Unless your floor tile is marble or something like that.

Answer:	Unfortunately, no. This can only be sprayed on inanimate surfaces or lawn & planted areas, not on people or animals. Answer:	The product is NOT designed as a deterrent; there is nothing in it for that specific purpose. However... once accident areas are cleaned up, there is no longer a scent that may attract an animal to resoil the same spot. In most cases an animal will pee in the same spot because 1) They can smell urine and want to cover it up (keep domination), or 2) just habit. MPP'd can help with #1, but it will not break any bad habits.
Question:	can I use this product in my Bissell rug cleaner
Answer:	Hey Paul, yes you can use it in a carpet cleaner machine HOWEVER... It wasn't designed to be used in carpet cleaner so there is some special steps you need to take. A) You MUST allow MPP'd to sit and work for a few hour; DO NOT IMMEDIATELY SUCTION IT BACK UP. So if your carpet cleaner allows you to apply solution with the suction off, that is the way to do it; Suction off. If your cleaner sucks up immediately, MPP'd won't have time to work. B) if you do use MPP'd in a machine: DO NOT DILUTE. USE IT STRAIGHT. With that being said, most people use MPP'd to spot treat areas, then come with a carpet cleaner with a hot water rinse cycle 4-6 hours later if need be. LASTLY, after applying MPP'd with a machine, you really DO NOT need to even suction it up at all. MPP'd will break down into pure H2O and Oxygen withing a few hours and any bacteria is extracted and vaporized in the process. Hope that helps. -Jarrett
