Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. I found she had been sneaking a pee on my throw rugs. Could be worse, right? Anyway, threw them in the wash with just a bit of this. They smelled like fresh laundry dried outside. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	Unfortunately, I'm not sure if it gets rid of smoke. This carpet deodorizer helps freshen up the rooms in my house temporarily while it's on the carpet, but once I vacuum, the scent is no longer. Basically, it's a temporary fix. I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. Answer:	Sorry, but no, it should not be diluted in order to work properly and effectively. Keep in mind, shampooing carpets that have old urine stains in them can make them smell much, much worse initially so you will want to be able to air the room and keep it closed off from the rest of the house, simultaneously. Use fans to help dry the carpet faster. Pets should be kept from the room until the carpet is dry and the odor gone.

Answer:	the urine stain disappeared when you got it all. sometimes it took 2 doses if it was deeper and heavier. the black light did show up where it was needed even for the second dose.

Answer:	It's big (10 inches tall and 8 inches wide) and not only does our very large Maine Coon fit in nicely but my uncle's small dog tried to go it, too! A 20lb cat will fit in (and be able to turn around and sit) and get out easily. I ordered it specifically because it's spacious and my cat does like small containers.

Answer:	I do not think they are interchangeable. However, the material is heavy duty, so it should last a long time. Also, our cats start at the bottom and scratch their way up, so they use the whole thing. All in all a great scratching post.

Answer:	I have the F2095 - the bottom is generally one single large plank, and as long as it's put together correctly and the screws tightened once every few months, it should be fairly sturdy.

Answer:	We bought this for our cats for Christmas and it is holding up well and looks great. We have multiple cats who use this and have had no problems with stability. Our smallest female is lightweight (about 7 pounds max), and climbs all over this thing like a frenzied squirrel. Her buddy, an athletic 13-pound male, plays with her on it and they often get pretty rambunctious. Our larger female (20-pound chubster) just sticks to the lower level or hangs out in the "cave". As another user said, smaller cats will get the most use out of the hammock...it is a favorite napping place for our little girl.
