Answer:	I am not familiar with model 1631. Bissell 2x pro deep clean works well on carpets. I suggest you visit Bissel website to determine if the product will work with your 1631 power steamer.

Answer:	Great question, you can still perform a water rinse after cleaning to remove any access formula/dirty water from your carpets but this will breakdown the Scotchgard protection quicker.

Answer:	I think it depends on which machine you have; mine requires 5 oz. of cleaner per full tank. It also depends on how much you use over each pass; I've used about 20 oz and cleaned about 800-900 sq ft. Some areas I've even gone back over.

Answer:	Mine: 580 square feet moderately soiled with some stains to get out: 1.5 tanks with 1.5 caps. This is very concentrated and very effective. Cream low pile cheap apartment carpet, 10 yrs old; prior professional shampoo every six months (dog and cat). Now I only use my old Bissell and this great stuff. If you had a Spot Bot it would be even less to fully clean.

Answer:	I have tried to use this on ink and it helps, but doesn't completely get it out. I would highly recommend good old hair spray! Hair spray has been a go-to for any kind of ink stain. Try it on a small area first. The hairspray will help break down the ink and then you can use something else to remove it. Good luck!

I chose not to use the side pockets which would have made it fatter and I didn't want it getting caught on any equipment going thru the luggage tunnels at an airport. For a road trip I would have had them all full. I also used some long mailing boxes for the insides so there was a bit of form and this turned out to be an awesome idea. So, no, I did not have to pay over sized luggage fees.

Answer:	No, to my knowledge it is not possible to connected to an external speaker using Bluetooth. I tried it and it did not work. It only sends a signal from your iPhone or computer by Bluetooth to the waterproof stream MP3 music player. You need a phone or computer to be able to recognize this and to connect it. Question:	I have a full load of laundry that my cat has peed on. How do i use this product in the washing machine
Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.
Question:	Can you use it on tile floor that is on top of cement
Answer:	I don't see why not. Unless your floor tile is marble or something like that.

Answer:	Very specifically states that this is a CARPET stain remover. Label contains a warning for sulfite sensitive individuals; they may experience a severe allergic reaction if exposed to this product. Bottom Line: there is NO mention or recommendation to use this on clothing. It is for carpet use only.
Question:	I have used spot shot aerosol spray years for pet urine. Is there a difference in the trigger spray vs. aerosol for cleaning pet urine/feces
Answer:	you do need to use more of the trigger spray vs. aerosol no matter what you are cleaning. This is one of the differences I have found. I let it soak longer before blotting it up also.
Question:	Will I require a special machine for this
Answer:	No machine is needed. Just spray on spot and let sit a few minutes before scrubbing area.
Question:	can it be used on any color carpet
Answer:	My carpet is beige. I have used it for years. It is great. If your carpet is colored I would try it somewhere where it wouldn't show to be sure but I think it would be fine.

Question:	Would this work with fireplace smell? It’s summer but on rainy or humid days I can smell the fireplace sometimes
Answer:	No. I put one in my fireplace over the summer for the same reason you mentioned. It did not work.
Question:	Is this product scented
Answer:	There is a lavender version but the original is unscented. When initially opened there is a smell to it but it quickly dissipates. This is a great product. I keep it near litter boxes and in my bedroom where my dog spends much of her time.
Question:	Has anyone used this product in basements that have a musty smell? Does it work
Answer:	It will remove most of the odor however if a dehumidifier is used in conjunction with Fresh Wave it WILL bring the 'clean air' symptom back to the basement. We have a guest house that stays closed up until visitors show-up. If I don't use the dehumidifier the moisture will remain and the musty odor stays. If I run the dehumidifier a couple times a month and keep the Fresh Air container open the entire little two story house will stay VERY comfortable, odor-wise, as in 'none' - except for the Fresh Air comfort. The little house is over 30 yrs old and sits right on the ground in the woods, so internal moisture is a very definite problem. Took me a LONG time to find a fix. Absolutely love Fresh Air.
Question:	does this have Tea Tree Oil in it
Answer:	I have only the spray at present and I checked the ingredients.They are: water and extracts of lime, pine needle, aniseed, clove and cedarwood.The fragrance is natural and pleasing. Hope this helps.
